Absolutely horrible amount of mold. Had booked 3 nights and moved out after one night, out of fear for my health. They kept all the money, and hotels.com didn’t want to push the hotel to refund- not impressed by hotels.com on that front

It was mostly good. They do room service every 3rd day and need to request if needed ans requested for them to get our trash and requested more towels and it was not done. I wouldve said something but we were already leaving the next morning. So i guess better follow up. And maybe room service every other day would be better. Also there was like a spill on the elevator our last day and seems like it was coffee and it was all sticky and there was a wet signage board and it was just like that for quite a bit i feel that should've been cleaned up right away cuz then it was all sticky and had to be on that elevator with my luggage and carried it so it wouldn't get that stickiness

Front staff was friendly. Cleanliness needs some work. Found red gum on phone receiver. Candy squished on floor…all red so visible. Needs new sheets, nubs all over. There’s been some updates which are great. Very convenient if going to Alamodome.

The staff was amazing, the room was clean, and it was within walking distance to the river walk. We will defintely stay here again. Parking was $32 for overnight, valet was offered for I believe $10 more.

Booked room 2 beds. Called the hotel explained we will be checking late after an event we were working verified the room to save. We got the room and it was a single bed, the counter guy tried to help but said they had no rooms. Had 1 sleep on the horrible couch and one a chair. It was a quick night because we were there on business but never again.

Very nice stay
