Elevator was broken the whole time we were there. Only 2 were working for the whole building and you’ll end up waiting for a long long time. Rooms aren’t cleaned unless you’re staying there for more than 3 days.

Parking was taken up by people who weren’t staying at the hotel, towels and toilet paper weren’t restocked and had to be asked for at the front desk. Elevators were painfully slow and always packed! These are the only complaints, besides that everything was wonderful.

Relatively cheap parking in downtown San Antonio. Most other parking places will charge $10 or more per hour. The hotel does $30 for overnight parking and you can drive in and out of the lot.

I really liked this hotel and the room was great as was the staff. But the parking for guests is not great. They do not have enough parking space for their guests paying for parking and so people either park along curbs (which makes getting in and out of spaces is difficult) or you have to park in the overflow lot (which is very small and parking space are not great) behind the property. $32 is too much to pay a night without a guarantee you’ll get adequate parking.

I loved the courteous staff and how easy my check in process was. Room was nice and spacious but the water pressure was abysmal as well as a lack of shampoo and lotion provided. Overall, the facility was good

Front desk guy was a jerk and racist. I wanted to check in and he questioned my life like a cop I showed him my id and he thought it was fake when it was my CAC Card lol He needs to be fired That why we didnt stay and went somewhere else
