We immensely enjoyed our stay at this Omni during the holiday season. We had a Riverwalk view which was spectacular with all of the holiday lights and music. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance that it was hard to decide where to dine each night. We really loved Blitzen's the pop up holiday bar in the hotel. It was such nice, warm holiday feeling with fun cocktails. The only downfall was the parking. We opted for the pricey valet, but decided we should have gone with the self service across the street, because the valet service was very busy and therefore very slow. Special shout out to our Bellperson, Avery who was so friendly, but professional and even laughed at all of my husband's corny jokes.

Our stay was just good
We stay here every year and this is the first time we had an issue. The heat in our room was not working. They sent someone up who replaced the motor. We had to wait after traveling for 6 hours in a car for him to replace it. When we returned, it worked for awhile but then quit. They did move us to an upgraded room. But we had unpacked and had to repack. Very inconvenient. The staff was awesome, as usual, and they did their best to accommodate us. But no other compensation was offered. Hoping next year is better.

I like staying at Omni properties but this one really disappointed me! I left a jacket there and called immediately as I left to ask for it , no one could go look I know I left it in closet, then called again they said someone was occupying my room !!! I’m so disappointed in they should just say we liked your jacket and are keeping it instead of the lame excuses they gave me as to why they couldn’t check and then no one called me back !! Won’t be back here stay down the street Hyatt has nice rooms and don’t keep your items
