Excellent location. My only complaint was a foul smell in the bathroom that never left. Other than that the property is beautiful. Yes it’s old but still beautiful and clean. King-size bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Excellent location! My only complaint was a foul smell in the bathroom that never left. Other than that the property was beautiful. King size bed was very comfortable. Room was large. We had breakfast every morning at the hotel and the service was excellent! Would stay here again.

Hotel was not worth the price. The beds were terrible and worn out, probably need to be replaced. No soap in room. People were roaming around intoxicated at 1:30 AM creating loud noise. The front desk personnel and valet were very nice. Probably consider another place to stay in 2 weeks when I return to San Antonio.

This Hotel was nice but the Elevator was HORRIBLE!! You spend too much for rooms to have an Elevator that’s SLOW and HOT!! Only 1????? ENGINEERING PROPERTY STOCKHOLDERS NEED to REVISIT this !!! STAFF is SOo KIND!!! ROOMS are SMALL for the MONEY with RIVER VIEW!!!! Overall fun TRIP we would Probably Come Back!!

This is a beautiful hotel situated in a great spot along the riverwalk. You can quickly access many of the great restaurants & shops nearby, as well as Alamo plaza. Also, for those who may feel the valet parking is too expensive, there is a parking garage right across the street where it's only $10 a day.
