Excellent location. My only complaint was a foul smell in the bathroom that never left. Other than that the property is beautiful. Yes it’s old but still beautiful and clean. King-size bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Excellent location! My only complaint was a foul smell in the bathroom that never left. Other than that the property was beautiful. King size bed was very comfortable. Room was large. We had breakfast every morning at the hotel and the service was excellent! Would stay here again.

Hotel was not worth the price. The beds were terrible and worn out, probably need to be replaced. No soap in room. People were roaming around intoxicated at 1:30 AM creating loud noise. The front desk personnel and valet were very nice. Probably consider another place to stay in 2 weeks when I return to San Antonio.

Beautiful spanish style hotel. If you’re looking for a getaway and want to relax without having crowds of people, this is the place to stay. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff are this professional and friendly. The lobby, hallways and rooms are really clean and beautiful. This will be our new go to when visiting San Antonio.

We stay here every time we visit San Antonio. It is a beautiful hotel. We always get a balcony room so you can sit outside your room and enjoy the Riverwalk. The employees were very gracious as well from the parking valet attendant to the front desk check in person and the bell hop. The bartender was very personable as well. Love everything about this hotel.
