Sheets didn’t look clean and hairs & stain on sheets , room smells moldy, no breakfast as promised. Night stuff was very nice , but day stuff could not be see or heard. We never return or recommend to anyone.

Stained chair on arms and seat.
White Bed sheet had hair breakage from previous people, burnt cigarette hole and stained pillow cases. Didn’t seem it was new sheets placed just fixed.
No toilet in the room and when asked, was given already opened half used toilet paper roll.
AC unit smelled like mold and was not working properly.
Service desk was welcoming.
Seemed short staff in housekeeping.

I purchased 3 rooms. I was given blood-stained mattress. I had to still pay for the rooms.
We stayed because everything in town was booked up. The hotel lobby and hallways smelled bad. Check in was supposed to be at 3, We had to wait, the room was still being cleaned at 3:40. I had to re-clean the bathroom, microwave and refrigerator because i did not trust it was done properly
Because there were crumbs on the floor. I had to pull her from the next room to vacuum it. After that There was no cleaning crew at all. They did not pull the trash or soiled towels at all during our 4 night stay. I told the manager and she offered to give me extra points toward my next reservation.
No breakfast as advertised, no coffee in the pot in lobby, toilet handle loose, no hot water at 10 am, only had 2 bath towels in room, mini fridge missing right front leg, room had musty smell, shower head way to high,
Awful, the hotel is one of the lowest quality. It had no breakfast, coffee creamers were sour, a man came to my room and questioned me because the person checked me in did not do it properly and wanted to know how many days I had been there.
Good for the price, the lobby was clean but in need of repair, the room weas clean but had a strange smell, the shiwerhead uneven, the handle hard to regulate, límites breakfast
In the picture this nice one, but the reality is different. Battered room doors, electronic sheets are useless, and room cleaning and changing sheets is not adequate. I could not sleep, I decided to leave at 3.30am. It may be a good alternative for some, but for me it is no longer a good alternative.
This property is trash! People live on the property and hang out outside partying. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures and looks ran down and the elevator broke several times while we were there! When you first walk in the room it smells like meldew. Didn't feel safe at the property what so ever! I would never stay there again!
The staff was friendly and in a quiet location, yet not far from the Riverwalk.
It was a two star place and you get what you pay for. However, I was not expecting the lobby to smell moldy or for the AC in my room to not properly, it was warm at night. The smoke detector was removed and was left with wires hanging from it. The paint job and repairs that were attempted were subpar. The paint didn’t match and it looked like a kid did the job. It was affordable, but will pay a little more to stay elsewhere with better quality building.
Absolutely awful hotel canceled my reservation with no prior phone call or notice so I showed up to find that out and they were no help refunding me! Thankfully Expedia was great and handled it for me.
