Terrible hotel
Upon arrival, we were assigned room 305, where my wife promptly discovered the bed in disarray. Pulling back the top blanket revealed soiled sheets with hair and mysterious brown stains. Returning the second night, we found our door ajar. The inner lock, inaccessible by key, seemed faulty. Notifying the front desk attendant, she attributed the issue to our closing the door to hard. Again their issue not ours. Discovering no complimentary daily maid service, unlike other establishments, we've stayed. We'd have to paid for it. Requesting towels on our final night, due to understaffing, we had to go down and to get them. Contrary to our accommodating rental history, we seek reimbursement for service. Marcus Bakkar

It took an hour to check in and still had to wait 30 mins for my room to be ready. Missed my event check in time for my paid seats at 600pm. Since we were not even in the room until 630pm. The other quest were loud and slammin their doors people yelling in the hallway.

Cleaning service is bad. Carpets are very dirty. Highly recommend not walking around bare foot. Look in corners of the room and you will see overdue cleaning.

Well we stayed in room 107 an the water from the shower Continuously ran an was uncomfortable to sleep i talked to the manager an Maintenance man they said they could not fix it but instead would discount my stay for half price so i agreed

Not my first time staying, but will be the last
Back in 2020 I stayed here and it was fine. However; in the last 4 years the standards have definitely declined. Upon arrival it was a pretty standard check in. You will have to pay for parking, which was not the case 4 years ago and I was not made aware of whenever reserving. The front desk was polite and helpful. My real issue was with the room. Shortly after checking in I had to go back to the lobby because no towels were left in my room. There was also hair, that was definitely not mine in the shower, sick and all over the hair dryer. There was actually several different peoples hair stuck to the back and around the cord of the hair dryer. That however was not the worst think I encountered. While staying, I encountered 2 roaches both came from the AC unit which seemed to be struggling. Overall the hotel as a whole just seemed more dingy and there was a lack of care and maintenance every where. It was just disappointing, especially because I had stayed here before and had a good experience the first time.
