This hotel is very old and things didn’t work , such as the heat and the over all look and feeling was definitely cheap with poor quality.

Hotel was dirty. Dirty tissue at reception desk. Cracked Ceiling tiles in room chipped paint and broken molding in room.

The hotel did not have my prepaid reservation. It took me 1.5 hours on the phone to resolve with Travelocity. Isabelle at reception desk tried everything to help me out and was also working with Travelocity for 1.5 hours.
