This is a beautiful hotel. Convenient to Riverwalk, alamo, shopping and dining. Movie theater inside Riverwalk mall as well.

What the hotel lacks in architectural style and amenities, it makes up in location and affordability. Upon entering the hotel which is built on top of a multi-level parking garage we were greeted by a friendly staff. Our room was clean and we appreciated the ample closet space and chest of drawers. Adequate shelf space in the bathroom area, though the fixtures needed some updating. Across the street from the hotel entrance there is a staircase down to the the River Walk. The hotel has a bar that offers a limited and uninspiring food menu. The Riverwalk Plaza is a solid 3-star hotel. If you plan on spending most of your time out and about seeing the sights or on business, then this hotel is a good choice.

The hotel did not have my prepaid reservation. It took me 1.5 hours on the phone to resolve with Travelocity. Isabelle at reception desk tried everything to help me out and was also working with Travelocity for 1.5 hours.

DISAPPOINTED SPECIFICALLY AFTER PAYING $210/night
NO FREE PARKING. NO BREAKFAST included. The TV did not work. They did not help with the luggage trolley. The crew of the river was not even remotely similar to the one in their pics. Would give 0 stars but that is not possible. For sure not staying with them.

The hotel was ok ! It’s in a good location The parking is expensive so we had to park on the street which is not convenient. The rooms are pretty old and overall it was ok we stayed there only two nights

The property felt very safe and was in a great location just at the end of the riverwalk. Although the hotel seems to be a little dated everything worked and was very clean. The valet service was absolutely amazing and so convenient.
