Very near to the Riverwalk. Staff at both the hotel and restaurant was fantastic. I recommend eating breakfast and dinner at the hotel, both very good. Room was great, spacious and clean. Felt very safe here.

The photos of the place and past customer reviews on their site was what led me to book with them. Upon checking into our room it was so dirty we had to get another room immediately. It’s a place to stay for the younger party crowd. My wife and I were looking for more atmosphere than drunken parties and there seemed to be one or two parties every night on our floor. The walls are so thin we could hear our neighbors conversations and snoring. If you’re looking for a cheap place just to lay your head at night The River Walk Plaza will do the trick but if you’re looking for an upscale elegant experience go elsewhere. The lady who served us breakfast at the Gavel Bar did an amazing job.

This is an older property in need of updating. A Spa was listed as one of the amenities but was actually located at a remote location about 15 minutes walking distance.

Riverwalk Plaza Hotel was close to the Riverwalk & dining which was convenient. The hotel was dirty, found a lot of dirty spot and hair everywhere.

Great hotel, our air conditioner went out the first night but from the time I reported it to it being fixed, it was only an hour. The pool heater was out, so we skipped the pool. But everything was great beside those hiccups.
