It was dirty and there was a lot of traffic with people that looked like they where on something, but at night time in the room when you bring food into the room allllllll the roches comes out and play

Bad service! Everything is broken and run down!
Booked again to see if it’d get better with a better room and to my surprise I wasn’t transferred to a new room and was told that I couldn’t get a new room even though I had a new booking! What a joke!!

Nothing works here!!! Don’t bother booking!!!
Rooms are advertised with a kitchenette… stovetop doesn’t work. Then they supplied us with a tabletop burner that was super rusty and barely worked. Refrigerator went out twice and all of my food spoiled and management wouldn’t replace my food or fix the fridge. Toilet kept getting stopped up and I had to wait until morning for housekeeping to get a plunger! No hot shower and I was told that I couldn’t be moved to a new room because… I never got a response to that question. Never ever again!!!!

A Must Stay!
You would be surprised but is one of the best places I've stayed when I come to San Antonio Texas. Price is affordable and your safe there if you are in San Antonio, Texas check out the Studio 6 Sam Houston you enjoy your stay.

Rooms which are booked by me were King room and these rooms were having roaches, flies. Kitchenette cooktop was also broken. Since we are having these issues, we were given two alternate: First to change room and other one to just get out of property and wait for refund. I selected first option, but new queen room were still having kitchenette issue, we just continue with these new rooms, as we were very tired at that point. I will surely will not recommend this property to anyone because of these hospitality issues.

Great recharge getaway
The pool is clean has a shade cover and is completely lit at night the area was well lit and felt safe and secure. Has a full kitchenette with a full size fridge and freezer. The TV was not great the picture was hazy but I had my computer so didn't need it really
