First when i got to the property it looked nothing like the pictures online it was very dim i felt very unsafe i walked into the lobby and was greeted by signs everywhere saying cash only which i did not have now check in was a 3pm i get there at 5:45 pm and they tell me they dont have any rooms availble and that it would be 45 min to and hour before she might have a room then we left investicating further in reviews saw complaints of fresh sheets not being on beds possible bed bugs roaches in the kitchen area doors that would not latch i felt very unsafe and 3 hours after check in i didnt have a room so i was forced to go to another hotel candlewood where i had an amazing experience then this place still had the audacity to charge me for the room which i will be handleing today

The worst in san antonio

Had a terrible stay at this hotel. AC would not blow warm air so froze to death with paper-thin blankets. Next door was having a party and still dont know why you would put rooms together in an empty hotel. Avoid this location unless you want to feed the homeless in the lobby or buy extra services from the street workers.

There was something needle-like in between the covers of the bed that scratched my husband’s leg in the middle of the night. The washcloths had gunk and makeup from previous uses. The mattress was extremely hard plus it was sooo dirty it looked like it had been picked up from an alley. There was little roaches crawling on the wall and chairs. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The back area by the staircase reeked of weed and trash. There was cut toenails on the floor by the bed.
