This property is nice and may visit again. However, we were assigned a handicap assisted room and was not pleasant. We were in a rush at check in due to a wedding we did not want to be late for, but cannot understand what these folks are thinking?

Our room wasn't cleaned our first night. I had to call for towels. But this could be their policy. Perhaps you have to request a room clean?

I live in Boerne and occasionally put family in the Bevy. On a couple of recent occasions I could tell the staff were frustrated with computer issues and tasks. I let them know that their frustrations and impatience were visible in their demeanors and they lightened up.... this happened on my check-in September and my check-in October 3rd.
