My wife and I visited San Antonio this past weekend to have a quick getaway for our 25th anniversary. I made the reservation through price line. We arrived later Friday night 13th of Sept. As I checked in the lady who helped me was very kind. Handed me my keys and and we went up the room. We had a pretty long road trip as we hit some crazy traffic due to construction on I-35. I went in used the restroom and turned on the water and the handle of the hot water flies off. Made enough noise for my wife to ask if everything was ok. I tried to put the handle back on and had to use quite enough force for the screw to catch. As I finish walking into the room I notice that the wall has some water damage and it wasn’t what I was expecting. I checked to see if the wall was wet but I wasn’t. I let my wife know that I forgot something in the car and went to the front desk to see if there was another room available didn’t matter if it wasn’t with a balcony but there weren’t any rooms available. I didn’t point this out to my wife but I noticed it every time I would walk into the room. Quality is what the Westin is know for and I still see your hospitality and your hotels as quality. As I drove up to the entrance of the hotel parking Vallet asked me if I was going to have my vehicle checked in. I let the gentleman know that I would like to have my vehicle vallet only for one night. I see on my bill 2 charges for vallet which is $56.00 and another charge for $4.62. I have images if needed.
