Hotel was great.. Out the back door and on the sand dunes..and few mins from beach. Breakfast choice amazing. .

Nice but noisy
Nice room but the front door was inefficiently soundproof which made it hard to sleep when people passed outside. I would also have appriciated a electric kettle or coffee machine in the room.

The staff do a great job. The bathrooms in this hotel are cleaner and better maintained than some 5 star hotels. Additionally, the included breakfast was good. Though, the room service menu could be expanded.

Peaceful, good location and xlean
Nice hotel with excellent buffet breakfast, all brand new and very clean and tidy. Mostly couples, very peaceful and relaxing. Good value for money. Lovely view onto the dunes, very close to promenade at playa del ingles. Lovely, good sized room. All the rooms have twin beds, no options for King/double.

Very nice hotel and close to the beach
A lovely hotel and very clean I would stay there again. I really enjoyed my stay. Wifi was hard to obtain in my room but apart from that everything else was excellent. It's the same as you see in the photos and would recommend ☺️

Modern hotel with good food
Hotel was recently renovated to a high standards, good size rooms with comfortable bed and relaxing sofa. Hotel has famous Dunes of Maspalomas on its doorstep and it is close to Cita shopping centre. We stayed on Half Board and dinner was amazing, really good food variety. Everyday you could choose from fresh fish, meat, roast, cold salads and starters, hot buffet, deserts bit small in portions but tasty. Breakfast also good selection of food. Only complaint is about lunch snack menu and drinks menu, it should be improved as not much to choose from. Overall good hotel to stay.

Beautiful newly refurbished hotel
The Santa Monica Suites hotel is a great modern hotel right near the beach, short walk to the centre of Playa del Ingles with a great restaurant and friendly staff. It really stands out as the biggest, most modern hotel on the Promonade and the price is very reasonable. There is a Spa in the hotel where you can book a massage and the view from the upper rooms and the reception area are incredible, right on the Maspalomas Dunes. There is a free public Car Park right outside and the wifi is free too. The staff in the restaurant are attentive and will always ask if you need something, but are quiet and respectful if you don't need anything. We particularly enjoyed the surf school just a few yards down the Promonade. This hotel is also fairly quiet right now due to only opening recently so I would definitely take advantage of this. If I go back to Playa del Ingles again, I will definitely be returning.

Hyvä hotelli, ei valittamista.
Olin tyytyväinen hotelliin ja erityisesti maukkaaseen aamupalaan. Allasosasto hyvä. Vedenkeittimen vuokrasta ja vakuudesta oli epävelvyyttä, minun olisi pitänyt vaatia kuitti (oma moka), niin olisi siltä vältytty.

Lækkert, stille og smuk udsigt
En super oplevelse. Lækkert hotel og ophold som startede allerede ved imødekommende og venlig indcheckning ved Paco, lækkert rengjort værelse af Rosa og på alle måder en smuk udsigt og dejlig mad i restauranten. Vi boede der kun to dage, men kommer meget gerne igen. Fordi det ligger i første række er her meget stille og det virker til at det er folk, der også ønsker ro, der opsøger det. Meget dejligt synes vi.

ottimo hotel in posizione eccellente
L'hotel è separato dalla spiaggia dalle dune di Maspalomas. E' stato recentemente ristrutturato con molto gusto e gli ambienti comuni sono assolutamente piacevoli. Suite confortevole e spaziosa con look minimalista. Colazione a buffet (ottimo l'orario ammesso) con grande varietà di cibo di ottima qualità sia dolce che salato. Altrettanto si può dire per quanto riguarda la cena. Manca forse una zona comune dedicata alla convivialità (il bar è veramente piccolo e poco invitante).

Hotel muy correcto con excelente atención por parte del personal. También con los niños, que nos acompañaban en el viaje. Muy limpio y bien mantenido, tanto en habitaciones como en zonas comunes. Muy buena estancia. si tuviera que valorar algo en negativo sería la WiFi, que tiene el volumen de tráfico acotado para ficheros si son un poco grandes.

Von der Straße aus unscheinbar - unterhalb der Promenande liegt das 5 stöckige Hotel in den Dünen. Wir hatten in der 3. Etage am morgen direkt den Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus - einfach unbeschreiblich ;)

Moderne innredning og fin beliggenhet til stranda. Flott å gå tur i naturreservatet med sanddyner rett utenfor døra. Barnebasseng. Veldig bra frokostbuffet. Lunsj-meny var litt mindre spennende.
