Let's just get the pool was only 67° and the whole reason I went there with my friends was for my birthday I just be cancer and we want to float in the pool and relax the hot tub in the pool the hot tub had two Jets at work the rest did not the pool wasn't even on it was 67 degrees and freezing cold if I would have known that I would have never ever booked this property I actually called her and spoke to a young lady about the pool she said the pool is outdoors and it's fine it's always at 82° or something similar to that I had told three different people at the front desk how cold the pool was and how the Jets didn't work we got stuck inside the gate and couldn't get out when we were leaving for half hour before somebody helped us this is unacceptable to me I don't know I'm acceptable to me very very disappointed

The energy in the lobby was lively with the restaurant/bar in the evening. The bed in my room was much softer than I like. The staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel could benefit from some upgrades.

Staff was nice. There was some issue with the plumbing in the restroom - but not major. Shower curtains are too short (at least in my room) that it gets easy to flood the restroom when showering.
