This is mostly what we would expect from a Hilton property. We would have given it a five star rating but for one thing: the ceiling lights are on motion sensors and when either my wife or I needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night - the whole room lit up like daylight - needlessly waking the other up. The obvious fix would have been to let customers know about the sensors ahead of time so they can cover them up so they wouldn’t work. But there was no warning and neither my wife or I got much sleep. Not happy campers!

The property seemed new and well managed. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We quite happy with our accommodation. The breakfast choices were more than we anticipated. We would definitely stay there when we next go to Redlands.

Trip was good except for last night asked front desk if they had any Pepcid girl told me no. I asked if they know of anywhere they have it she told me no do not know where they would have that. No help at 2 in the morning sending me on a hour trip to locate somewhere open that would have it.

Hotel was difficult when we let them know with more than a day's notice that we needed to shorten our stay by one day. Hotels.com app was no help. Had to call hotels.com to resolve.

When I walked into the Redlands-Loma Linda property close to 10:30 pm, I was greeted by a peculiar odor that I soon figured out to be marijuana. After checking in and walking down the hall to the elevator, the smell got really strong as I passed the first couple of doors, then followed me up the elevator. I noticed later that it was also a no smoking floor. I didn’t not encounter this again during my five day stay. Despite that, I really enjoyed staying there. Thank you!

Sleeping was a little hard. We kept hearing a sound like a motor going off and on. Thought it might have been the elevator, but we were in the middle and not on the freeway side.
