Location is everything. Amazing to be right in the middle of the city center. Not a fancy, 5 star establishment but the service and friendly staff and comfortable common area helps. Thin walls, so no light sleepers. Breakfast could use an upgrade.

Very noisy and bed and pillows super hard, you can hear next room conversations and people walking in upper floor and halls. Convenient location and close to restaurants and civic center. Breakfast was good and the best was the staff. Good and bad!!

Great location to everything. Pablo was nice and friendly. Room was cozy. Our room had a great view of the lake and snow covered mountains. A little difficult to find because its not facing the street. It's inside a small shopping area.

Well-located, basic and a bit tired but good value for somewhere central. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed seemed a bit hard but actually was an ok sleep. Good hot water in shower.

Cheap room in good location.
Simple hotel room located right in the center of town. Good choice for travelers looking for a cheap private room in a good location. There is no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby. I think the wifi ping was 60 and download was about 2-4, just ok.

Great cost to benefit ratio!
Basic hotel w/basic amenities. Pleasant staff. Simple breakfast. GREAT location, on the main road right in downtown, a couple of blocks from the main square and right across the bus stop for Mount Otto. The free airport pick up was a fantastic plus!

needs renovation, but price is good
The hotel is very outdated and needs urgent repair. In relation to 3 star hotels in Bariloche and in Argentina it is in reasonable condition, but not enough in my opinion. Do not look for luxury or comfortable here, that you will not find. On the other hand, at this price, you can live with.

Excellent Location
This hotel has a great location and is right in the middle of shopping, restaurants and it is just a short walk to the lake. The airport shuttle was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No Wifi and Noisy & Manager Does Not Care ....
Don't expect internet if you stay here. They say they have it, but it is EXTREMELY unreliable and only in the common areas. Worst part is that the manager could not care less whether or not the internet worked. Clearly not customer focused. Also, the hotel is right on a very main street (Ideal location) and if you have a room, like mine on the main street, it is very very loud till late hours in the night. With no A/C, windows need to stay open and you'll need ear plugs.

not coming back!
Relatively Cheaphotel, but a youth hostel probably was better kept. The towells were stained, they looked dirty. And the mattress had a dreadfull smell. The bathroom had hairs on the sink and the tub didn´t look clean. The noise from the street was disturbing at night. Really expected more from the previous reviews the hotel had.

Vieillot, pas très propre, il a fallu l’intervention de la personne de la réception pour régler le problème du chauffage bloqué à fond. Rideaux sales et troués. À mon arrivée on m’a réclamé 1000 pesos pour une soit disant taxe et ce sans reçu. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.
