Was not given the room that we booked. We booked a king room with a view and was told that we booked a double queen with a view of a concrete wall and porty toilet. We were charged $40 US for a pet fee and was not provided to pay in pesos. Driving from Canada to Mexico this was the most expensive pet fee. As well in Mexico it is illegal to charge US dollars. We were eventually reimbursed for the pet. However, we were stuck with the room with the concrete wall. I have pictures of the disgusting view. We will never go to Casa Maria again and will tell all our friends and family about the terrible service as well as booking with with travelocity.

The rooms are exquisite, comfortable and very clean. The proximity to the San Carlos marina is a plus. We enjoyed eating at the speak easy bar restaurant.

Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable walking to the beach by myself with my service dog. I made it half and turned around due to the time of day. There is a terrace but it was not open on the day I stayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall was good general speaking, there are a couple of staff members that require supervision on how they treat the customers. The front desk guy during the check in was arrogant, and the service in the rooftop bar was horrible. On the other hand, the restaurant service was great - the waiter Miguel is the best.

The stay was great! Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel staff even went out of their way to get us a taxi when we were stranded at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

El personal es muy amigable. Las políticas del hotel no son pro al cliente. Es evidente que tratan de cobrarte “hasta por el aire que respiras”. No tienen espacio suficiente en el estacionamiento lo cual tuve que dejar mi carro enfrente, en el estacionamiento de un local ajeno al hotel. El de seguridad dijo que no sabía que hacer ante esta situación. El desayuno continental, en las bebidas están limitadas a una de las dos opciones. La comunicación entre el personal -aunque son muy amigables- es deplorable y confunden al cliente. La hora de check out una persona dijo una hora y resultó ser mas temprano. $500 pesos por salida tardía. La cafetera del cuarto no servía. La televisión es no actualizada y limitada a canales de televisión abierta. El colchón es cómodo. El aire acondicionado también y el internet falla, no carga, sin conexión lo cual limita actividades a realizar a través de dispositivos. Realmente lo que pagas (que no es barata la noche) es bastante con lo poco que se obtiene. Por experiencia…no recomiendo este lugar.
