The GM, Kevin, was extremely accommodating and helpful upon our very early arrival. He also directed us to the best parking area for our room location and assisted us with information about how to get around the town on foot and by trolley. We were so appreciative of all of his assistance and will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel overall. Lovely room and pool area. Couple of nice places to eat and drink within five mins walk. One small complain - We stayed for five nights and they didn’t refresh our room once. Otherwise all good.

It was clean and quiet but the room that I was in needed some upgrading. It was tired! The sheets were very old, the pillows lumpy. The bathroom window had mold. The shampoo and soap bottles in the shower were empty, and when I called the front desk, the answering machine said that mailbox was full and could not take more messages. Some oversight and proper maintenance could improve it much. Also, no room cleaning performed for the three days that I was there.

Good place for the price. I stayed for one night and it was fine for my needs. I would stay again. However, the place is getting a little dated. changing the rusty bathroom light and the noisy bathroom fan would make a big difference.

I was in one of the newly renovated rooms and everything was great (once I figured out the AC). Staff was friendly, breakfast was really good, and the trolly stop is right there. Highly recommended!

Super location near the beach with trolley & bus stop right out front. Rooms with balconies facing central open air courtyard with fountain, lovely & quiet. Nice pool setting. Nice continental breakfast.

Our stay here was fine. Everything was perfectly fine, but not exceptional. Nice that they include breakfast, which was also...fine. Nothing amazing. It's not in a super walkable area, but short uber to the main part of San Clemente.

The room definitely needed updating. There was rust and holes in the bathroom and closet. Our friend also stayed at the hotel but got an “updated” room. Her room was beautiful and we basically paid the same amount for a room that was not nice at all

Relaxing
The Inn was a peaceful place to stay. The room was clean and spacious. I even had a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the weather. What I didn't like was the only ice machine that worked was on the third floor.
