Just a quick walk to the beach, this charming and bright 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1950's Beach Cottage has comfortable accommodations and ideal location close to quaint shops, unique restaurants, fun watering holes as well as the nearby beach and walking trails.

You will enjoy the spacious open floor plan with Saltillo tile throughout. Gather in the Living Room featuring a comfy love seat and sofa-bed with 48' TV and plenty of room for reading, game playing or just relaxing.

Roomy Master Bedroom has King sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Guest Bedroom provides Queen sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Both are convenient to the shared Bathroom.

The open Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer) cooking and dining utensils with granite counters. Dining area seats four at the table.

Great cottage near beach
Very comfortable two bedroom college about a quarter mile from the beach in San Clemente. Very thoughtfully furnished for a beach vacation. The owner and property manager were both extremely responsive.

Great Home Base
We were in San Clemente for a weekend of wedding activities and just needed a home base between events. The added bonus was its location to the beach for early morning walks before the busyness started. The property is not air conditioned (which we learned is typical in that area) so keep that in mind. The property manager was very responsive in a timely manner and took care of our questions.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and Del Mar shopping and restaurants. We walked everywhere. The house is very charming, clean and comfortable. The front yard is fully fenced, allowing our dogs to accompany us. The front yard also has a picnic table and bbq. We appreciated the ceiling fans in every room. Our hosts were lovely as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great location and such a cute little place
Husband and I needed to get away from the heat in Palm Desert and wanted to stay close to the ocean for the ocean breezes. This cottage was perfect! Very comfortable, nice small front yard/patio for coffee under the umbrella around the table or walking down to the ocean or over to the historic downtown. NOTE: It is hilly so wear your walking shoes! :) No air conditioning but lots of fans (including ceiling fans) so no problem for us. Great stay!

Lovely, Comfortable and perfect
We had a lovely stay at the beach cottage. Jean & Jen have thought of everything you need to enjoy the beaches of San Clemente. The location is a perfect walk to the cute downtown for dinner or shopping. You can also walk to the beach - thou the hills on the return trip were a challenge to this midwesterner. The home is very comfortable with ample relaxing outdoor area to enjoy!

Legitimately the best vacation rental experience we've ever had, and one of the few places we would absolutely stay again. The house was perfect and the location couldn't be better -- everything in town is walking distance from here, most importantly the lovely beaches. Jennifer was so chill and a great manager. Fantastic place and location. Jennifer, onsite property manager, was a joy to work with throughout our stay. As long time VRBO renters we've seen properties over the years not live up to expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. That is not the case with this property. It is well maintained and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Best house for families
We come to San Clemente every year and stay at different homes but this one was our favorite. Property was clean, large enough for our family of 6. The best parts were the front patio area we ate outside every meal and the location to the beach! A quick under 10 minute walk. We also were so thankful to bring our dogs with us. We had the best time, and would book here again!

We had a blast staying here, place was clean and had everything advertised +. It was nice to have a fenced little patch of grass for the dog and kids to hang out. Nice little walk to the pier/ocean/food/coffee The owner/manager was great, she had some boogie boards and beach chairs ready to go for those who want to play at the beach.

A wonderful place to stay
From the moment we walked through the door, we knew this was it! A cottage of simple elegance, that made you never want to leave. It was spotless and well maintained; the front yard was lovely for morning coffee and a late afternoon glass of wine.
