The Space:
You will have our entire 650 sqft property all to yourself. It is on the 2nd floor of our 2 story triplex.

Bedrooms and Bedding:
King pillowtop bed in the master bedroom and the living room sofa converts into a comfortable full size bed. There are extra sheets,comforters & pillows for the sofa beds.

AC/Heat
Central AC and heat throughout the home (one of the only properties by our beach to have AC!)

Parking:
You will have 1 reserved parking spot in our driveway.
Overnight parking is also available on some streets in our neighborhood. There are signs posted regarding street parking regulations.

Televisions & Entertainment:
2 Smart HDTV's that stream network and cable channels with Youtube TV. The TV's are also all connected to our Netflix account.

WIFI
Free WIFI is provided across the entire home.
WIFI Speed: Upload 10 mbps: download 200 mbps. (speed will vary depending on number of devices connected to WIFI)

We are near the intersection of Avenida Del Mar & Calle Seville. You will literally be steps away to the best restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in the city. The walk down to the beach and the Pier is about 5 minutes (4 blocks away).

Getting Around:
Walking distance to so many places.

LYFT: The best way to get around if you're not walking or driving is via Lyft. Lyft is an App on your phone that let you order a private upscale taxi and have it arrive within minutes to wherever you are. All payments are automatic and you can see where your taxi is at all times. You can even review the route the driver took, rate your driver, or contact Lyft's support team in case you are not satisfied. Service is superb and costs less than city run taxis. My husband and I loved staying here for our anniversary getaway. It was walking distance to the beach & dining. The neighborhood was quiet and chill. The communication with the owner was so clear and easy. Will absolutely be staying again!

I cannot say enough how wonderful my stay was! Hospitality at its finest! I had everything that I needed! Proximity to the beach was great! Apartment was well appointed and comfortable! Awesome customer service! Wanted to extend my stay but couldn’t figure out how to do that inside the app it was a little buggy at the time! I hope to be able to come back and stay again soon! I loved that I rested well, could cook meals and quickly get to the beach and restaurants when I wanted! Oh and parking YAY! Dave, you really thought of everything! Thanks, Dave and Team!

Great location, everything you could need and plenty of space. Bed was lovley and air conditioning was perfect for a warm weekend. Park right outside the property and walking distance to everything you need. Very quiet and relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy San Clemente

Place was awesome…… Should put an electrical outlet in the little dressing room area… Clean stain at the bottom of the stairs Maybe a blind in the window in the kitchen for a little privacy We had a great time…..great location…..we will come again !!
