The building amplifies noise. It is easily gets loud. I can hear every word of my neighbor's TV as I write this. My room is tiny. Good luck getting hot water.

This hotel was clean, fairly basic, what I expected for the price. Workers were friendly. We did have an issue with water leaking out of a light fixture over my friend,s bed which soaked through to the mattress. Nobody seemed terribly concerned about it, there wasn’t a comparable room available to move to. I had to suggest that we flip over the mattress and move the bed away from the fixture in case it happened again, which it did not. Water leaked each time we used the bathroom sink, which we reported at the same time, but it never was resolved. We kept an extra towel on the floor.

Room too small only one towel x customer they give u only 4 oz bottle water x room x day it was cleaned but bed sheets look dirty. And other customers make too much noise I was not able to rest at all for the 6 nights I think the bed had bed buts

This hotel is near the bus station and the Centre of town, it is cheap and simple so you get what you pay for, the only issue we had was no hot water !

The quality if this hotel is low, but close to a great tourist area. Hotels needs to update their bed covers and towels, they are very very old.

Terrible condition

Terrible hotel. No problem with basic, but it dirty, smelly and falling apart. Loose wires and dust everywhere. Stay in San Cris a lot and plenty of cheap clean hotels, I refused to stay and also at their 3 star round the block that had years of dust all around reception. In the end find a basic hotel round the corner for the a better price, clean and with fantastic service. Ignore photos, they are very misleading.

Buen hotel por el precio no puedes exigir más

La atención ves muy buena, el precio es bueno por lo que te incluye, sin duda volvería, y aunque no puedes exigir más hay áreas de oportunidad como que me ofrecieron estacionamiento y luego me rechazaron el acceso, y las cobijas en general todo muy bien . Cómo repito por el precio y la zona es de lo mejorcito que encontrarás.
