Beautiful building and room was clean. Wifi doesn't work in the room. Web site said breakfast was included but it wasn't, not even coffee. No heaters in the room either, but they provide extra blankets. Nice off site parking is included. Also, they only take cash.

Great hotel, good value
Great location for sightseeing, dining and nightlife. Hotel was quiet and relaxing. Staff was helpful. Only negative was low water pressure in shower (at least on third floor). We would definitely return to this hotel when we return to San Cristobal de las Casas

PESIMO Y FRAUDULENTO
PESIMO no es lo que dicen en su propaganda, solo ponene jaborn, agua el primer dia, despues nada, el desayuno incluido es pesimo y lo piden a algun otro lugar NO TIENE RESTAURANTE. SU ´propaganda dice que tienen gimnasio y NO ES CIERTO, solo hay una persona que atiende y no puede con todo, los huespedes tienen que ir a la cochera que esta en otro lado y solos es un sitio sin iluminacion y los vehiculos quedan a expensas de robo, ya qiue nadie cuida. Pedimos un Box Lunch y eso lo cobran aparte no en vez de desayuno, todo es PESIMO, Servicio, instalaciones, Comida, Estacionamiento, SPA, todo pesimo, no entiendo porque Hoteles.com los recomienda deberian investigar antes de recomendarlos. No existe Gerente no lo negaron en varias ocasiones.

Nice and quiet hotel, could be cleaner though
We spent a couple of nights on this nice an quiet hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, however the bathroom had this bad smell coming out from the sink. I notified the front desk and they were serviceable, but couldn't do much to solve the problem.

Lugar tranquilo propio para descansar después de los recorridos para conocer esta bella ciudad. El ambiente es familiar y a unas cuantas cuadras del corazón de San Cristóbal. Ampliamente recomenable.

Buena ubicación
Está a dos cuadras del centro, el estacionamiento está a una cuadra del hotel. La cama me pareció incomoda y se oye mucho el ruido de los otros huéspedes.

Hotel agradable y centrico
es un hotel pequeño pero tiene buena ubicación, tranquilo aunque no tiene restaurante pero si te da servicio solo de desayuno, limpio, la habitacion que me dieron fue basica pero no necesitas mas nada ya que todo el dia estas paseando.

Un hotel muy lindo y cómodo. Su ubicación es estrategica, ya que el mercado de artesanias esta practicamente a unos pasos, puedes acceder a todo el centro desde este hotel.
