This wonderful 2BR home was renovated by the owner who acquired it from his father and has opted to keep it as a place for his (and other families) to gather and connect.
The Space:
Fully renovated in 2018 with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Queen beds in both bedrooms, a bathtub in one bathroom and a step in shower in the other. The living/dining/den space has been meticulously redesigned with family time in mind. The backyard is lush and includes a fire pit, bar and grill to take it outside and take advantage of one of the best climates in the world! You have access to the garage (with a washer/dryer) as well as the large driveway.
Guest Access:
The entire home is yours including the exclusive use of the backyard, garage and driveway.
The Neighborhood:
Rancho Bernardo is a bedroom community of San Diego. Known for its great schools, active retirement communities and golf courses, RB Is a great place to stay if visiting relatives in the area of wishing to visit San Diego but have a slower pace when you return home from the city.
Getting Around:
This is a suburb located 20 minutes north of San Diego so a car is recommended. Uber/Lyft are very active in San Diego and the assigned parking guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego.
Other Things to Note:
For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
This property is pet friendly, though we don't allow cats here. There is a $150 pet fee applied after booking. If you have any questions please ask!
Interaction with Guests:
We are a self-service destination (check-in details will be sent 3 days prior to arrival). However, we are also a full-service, professional management company (that has been a Superhost/Preferred Partner for over 4 years running) and we are just a phone call/text/email away and have agents that are almost never more than 10 minutes away should a need arise.
