This charming 3 bedroom home is located in the heart of Mission Beach, and the new owners just completed a COMPLETE RENOVATION. You will love the contemporary coastal vibe!

This beach getaway sleeps 10, and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Enjoy the private outdoor patio where you can relax in the sun and enjoy the ocean air with a good book. Or spend quality time with loved ones while grilling on the BBQ. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys and a cooler for your use, all of which come in handy when everyone is ready to head to the beach... a mere 100 feet and your toes hit the sand! But your adventures and entertainment aren’t limited to the beach. Take in local attractions like Belmont Park, Sea World, or the La Jolla Tide Pools. And when it comes to dining and shopping, the options are endless!

Endless shops line the streets in Mission Beach. Part of the beach living charm is experiencing all the different vendors selling their unique and rare goods on the boardwalk. There are convenient stores for your basic needs and a major grocery store 1.5 miles north on Mission Blvd.

WATER ACTIVITIES
There are numerous places to rent surf boards, boogie boards, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, pedal boats, power boats, sailboats, and jet skis. Another fun activity within walking distance for the kids is to go to The Plunge. The Plunge has the best pool inflatable obstacle in San Diego!

LAND ACTIVITIES
The boardwalk spreads out all along the length of mission beach and is about 2 miles long. The boardwalk is known for its scenic views and a great place to go for a walk, run, ride bikes, scooters, skateboards, and rollerblading.

Amazing location
Amazing location less than a block from the beach and a block or so to Belmont Park and several shops and basic restaurants. Parking spot was incredibly tight (we had a SMALL SUV), but got good at backing in. The unit isn't large (smaller and slightly more dated than it appears in the photos), with just a living room/kitchen, master bedroom with small bathroom, and two upstairs bedrooms and a hall bathroom (no other space/spaces), but it worked well for our family of five. Lots of stuff in the kitchen, but missing saran/ziplocs and the coffee maker is drip (not keurig), just fyi. Great stay overall.

Perfect Mission Beach getaway
House and location were great. Access to many different activities and restaurants within walking distance. House was clean - had all the necessary features, appliances and resources. Would return to this location no questions asked. Throughly enjoyed our stay at this property!

Short weekend for local family event
Cute, beach vibe condo. Good location near the airport with the perfect amount of space for 5 adults to share. Beds were comfortable. Close to beach and the boardwalk for a little exercise and time to feel and view the ocean. Easy walk to restaurants to enjoy a quick coffee and/or meal. My only advice is to make sure to read through all of the welcome material because I did not and the parking instructions are listed. Host was quick and gracious in responding to my parking concerns.

Definitely renting again!
We traveled with 5 adults and 2 small dogs. The place was amazing, and the location was perfect. You can hear the ocean from patio. The house has everything you need from laundry detergent to everything you might need for cooking. We were there for 4 days and we felt right at home. It beats staying at a hotel! Beware that you have a bigger vehicle you might not be able to park in the parking spot provided. We have a 2022 Chevy Traverse and after a few tries my husband was able to park easily, it’s best if you reserve into the parking lot. Thank you Nicole for the great communication and for keeping up with this beautiful home! We will be back!

Great Beach Vacation Spot
Would stay here again! Stayed with 4 adults and 2 younger kids. Location is perfect for beach access with retail/restaurants within walking distance. Parking is sufficient for two midsize SUVs. The hosts are very responsive for any questions or needs. The only criticism would be the cleaners need to do a better job between tenants. Overall a great property and don’t hesitate to book this place for your stay in Mission Beach.

Great Vacation Spot
Overall, the location, the place was amazing. It had everything we could want. Proximity to Gas Lamp Quarter (short Uber away), mission beach, coffee, good places to eat, and the amenities on location was all very good pluses. The only thing I could complain about was the two propane tanks for the grill were practically empty when we arrived and the downstairs shower did not drain properly. Other than that my friends and I had a great stay and would stay again if they fix the downstairs shower.

Great stay! Super close to beach!
We had a great stay with extended family. Quick drive to Sea World and very close walk (just a few houses down) to Mission Beach. Parking is tight but we were able to fit 2 good size vehicles (1 truck + 1 suv) Spacious home with comfortable beds. Can hear the upstairs and nearby neighbors some. Quite a few household items to use in the home (bathroom, kitchen, games, extra towels/blankets) but we did have to purchase dryer sheets and hand soap.

Nice sized .. do know the stairs to the two upstairs bedrooms are a lot but good exercise ! 😉 The home was cozy and clean. Kitchen fully stocked. The beds!!! Oh the beds were so comfy I haven't slept this good in a long while. Just steps to the beach to the food courts . It was a perfect stay. The host was in contact for any issue I had though it was me not knowing how to work the key code. Oops. She was kind and helpful. Worth every cent to make memories with my son here in San Diego. Thank you so much

Great getaway spot!
The property is perfectly located and walkable to the beach and nearby attractions. Parking is a little rough if you have more than 2 vehicles, but we were able to work it out even with it being a busy weekend. Easy to get to and really nicely maintained!

Great location for Beach
Great location for beach vacation. The condo was very clean inside. The outside area where they stored beach supplies had a very bad smell and the flies were bad. The air conditioner was great. Lots to do within walking distance for the kids. The beach was very clean with great sand. The parking was a bit of a challenge and was not clearly described. But remember you’re in a beach community so parking is always tight. Overall we were very satisfied with our choice.

As others have said, the location is amazing! Steps from the beach but still quiet. Wished we could have stayed longer. Contrary to what others have mentioned about parking, we had no problems tandem parking 2 mid-sized SUVs into the space. The key is to back into it.

Perfect Beach house getaway
I would first like to say Thank you to our host for our last minute accommodation. This beach house is literally less than 1 minute walking distance to the beach and has lots of places you can go shopping or eating during your stay if you dont feel like cooking. This home was big enough to fit our Family of 7 with plenty of room and space for everyone. The only hiccup we had was the dryer did not work but we managed by hanging our clothes to dry in the spacious master bedroom closet. This will definitely be a keeper for our next vacation getaway.

Great Location
Love the location, so many activities within walking distance. There were a few minor wear and tears with the house but that’s expected and didn’t really bother us. The parking is really small and tight as we rented a van and had issues getting especially when neighbors parked their big cars around too.

This beach house was amazing!! The location was literally a 2 minute walk to the spot you want on the beach! They have tons of beach toys for the kids. They are equipped with essentials to help you start your stay and everything was really clean. If I were to nit pick I would say a few remotes to the lights and fans had dead batteries, but they had extra batteries under the sink. Also, we were a little disappointed there were no beach chairs (my MIL was more upset about this than my husband and I). Otherwise, our stay was great and we had an amazing time with our kids 😊
