It gave me the impression it was lodging for truck stop. I heard big rig diesel engines a couple times from my room. Not a pleasant experience. Should have paid a little more and stayed at the courtyard next door

Older property. Good access from the highway. Stayed two nights and breakfast was the same both mornings. Breakfast was adequate with a waffle station, scrambled eggs and sausage patties plus an assortment of cold items. Bed was comfortable.

I was not comfortable at the hotel. The lobby was ok. When I went to check my room the 1st floor hallway smelled like disinfectant and it smelled in my room too. The staff cleaning cart was in the hallway. There was garbage cans under the stairs. There was a hallway bathroom that was out of order and had towels under the door. The smell in the room just didn’t go away. Carpet and floors just looked dirty. The only positive was that the water in the shower was pretty good. Breakfast was ok. I will not be returning to this hotel even if just for one night. I just didn’t have the best experience there. Property needs some updating.

Happy to stay here again. Excellent breakfast, courteous staff, easy access on and off I-15 and less than 20 minutes to SeaWorld San Diego and Belmont Amusement Park/Mission Beach. Would stay here again.

Not the best my first night check in was at 2pm I want able to check in until 7:35pm shut sorry staff housekeeper. I booked through hotels.com my number was on file I was never given a call or a heads up. And most of all they weren't even really trying to reimburse me or add on extra hours for the following day I had to fight with them and then they wanted to give me a free $4 20 oz soda. The next night I switched rooms the knob in the bathroom fell off.

Check in was fine, and the place was clean enough BUT, they use what seems like bucketfuls of that horrid fabuloso cleaner. The entire lobby reeked of it and unfortunately so did the room. I had it stuck in my nose and could barely get to sleep. I sprayed hand sanitizer to try and neutralize it, and we declined cleaning the second day. We walked past them mopping the lobby the second morning and the mop water was even purple with the cleaner. It’s just an awful cloying smell. The area around the hotel isn’t great, although convenient and the room was quiet and comfortable and definitely clean, I just can’t do the smell so we won’t stay there again.

Terrible, musty, smelly, and dungeon like room.
We were given a room below the first floor by the laundry facilities, and it smelled like disinfectant. Room was musty, and from the window we could only see the tires and bottom of cars. My son began to sneeze and have allergic reaction so I asked for another room maybe in higher floor but they said they were booked. We could not stand it, so we walked to the Courtyard in front and booked a room there.
