Front desk lady was rude. We called because our TV wouldnt work. She said she would be there in a couple minutes. 45 mins later, we got the TV running. My husband called to let her know. Before he could say anything she yelled “I’m busy.” My husband yelled back I called to let you know it came on. She hung up. We went to the office and no one was there. This was 730 pm

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. Firstly, the front desk staff’s attitude was indifferent and unhelpful, which made me feel unwelcome. Secondly, the hot water was out of service one evening, and despite being told it would be fixed in 10 minutes, it wasn’t resolved until the next morning. I hope the hotel improves its service quality to meet guests’ expectations in the future.

Please do proper clean on carpet,it smells so bad, needs wash. The room smells. It doesnt have good ventilation. I need to open the window to release smell. Lack of table, we put some of our stuffs on the floor. The curtain smells dust, needs wash.
