Property was very clean and quiet, good workout facilities and front office was very nice. The room was very clean, however, there was enough room for a table and chairs (like a small dining table) which wasn’t there, the floor was bare flooring- no rugs, and there could’ve been at least one other club chair in the room to put stuff on. Quite literally the only place to put stuff (like a suitcase) was on the bed. Also, the hotel advertised a “hot buffet breakfast”, but when we arrived we were told the breakfast room was under construction and breakfast was a “grab & go” bag with an orange, orange juice, egg muffin sandwich and protein bar. Everything else was fine.

Very basic hotel. TV was not high definition; they tried to fix it, but after 30 minutes and three visits, the picture remained a square, compressed image of low quality, about 480p, distorted. Internet speeds were very slow. Breakfast area was under construction, so not hot breakfast, just a bag with a cold sandwich, yogurt, a banana. The lobby was also under construction, with dangerous nails and metallic objects all over the floor, at check in, from the tile installers I suppose. Coffee tasted like luke warn water poured thru cardboard, it made me laugh; the manager who made the carafe was obviously a tea drinker. But it's a Comfort Inn, so expectations weren't high. Bed was comfy and room was clean: heater blew fresh air. Super loud sounds from warer pipes in the morning. Reminded me of dorms in NYC! A topless bar is 1/2 block away, and area looks unsafe, poorly lit industrial neighborhood.

My stay was wonderful! Front desk staff and maintenance workers were extremely kind and helpful - even the security helped me carry my belongings to my room. Very clean room and comfortable bed. The heater was a little loud, but it definitely worked well. The water from the bathroom sink had a strong smell, but it was fixed quickly at my request. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked that the property is close to SeaWorld and that it was pet friendly with a grassy area. I did like that the property was clean and well kept, since it was recently renovated. I did not like that the property is located in a poor and seedy neighborhood, with a strip club a few steps from the property.

Very bad experience. I was scheduled to stay 3 nights but canceled my third night after the first because of how bad it was. The walls are extremely thin and the pipes are super loud. Whenever the room next door would use the sink/shower or toilet you would hear the walls rumble. The TV was really bad quality, no apps or anything. The breakfast was extremely packed. No seating, very badly laid out. The WiFi would turn off so often and when I called to let them know they made it seem that it was my device. I worked 5 years in tech. Worst hotel experience.

Rooms NOTHING like the pictures I booked under. Long black hairs on bed, bathroom sink and tub. Breakfast area too small, literally a line out of lobby door to get breakfast and then no place to sit and eat. Would not go back.
