The room I stayed in was infested with ants. I couldn’t leave anything on the counter. I told the lady at the front desk and all she said was “ok, I’ll let them know.” I guess the only good part was, they weren’t on the bed.

The place they advertise in Expedia is completely different than the place it’s actually were we stayed. I was going to request a refund but at the end of the day I used the service. If they would have advertise the actual place I would have go to a different place. I have pictures that I’ll try to attach.

This property is directly located across the street from a strip club and was surrounded by homeless. As a mom traveling with two young children I found it unsafe. When asking for a refund Ben at the property and hotels.com would not even consider a refund. The property’s picture looks very nice. They have left out the area around it along with the large black gate surrounding it like a compound. This property is not at all what was depicted.

they have an ant problem. i left a can of redbull on the counter, went to the Store, was gone for maybe 15 minutes came back and ended up drinking redbull ants. so nasty.

Place is in the middle of a really bad neighborhood . Nude clubs on every corner. Homeless people feet from you. Good luck. Left a day early

This was a great stay for a modern hotel, it was clean, easy access, close to stores so you can get to places faster. Service was quick. Friendly staff, breakfast limited but filling, view isn’t the best outside but if you are out of your room most of the day it’s not a problem.

I chose this property because it had an excellent rating. However the reality is it’s much much less than excellent t. It’s ok at best. No elevator, hotel had a limited breakfast and in a warehouse type area.
