The room I had was not as nice as I’ve had in the past. Also, they used to have a really nice hot tub but it seems they filled it in? From previous stays, I really like the size of the pool for getting a swim in.

Julianna was amazing at check in. She was quick and extremely nice and welcoming. The room looks cheap and for almost $300 a night, no balcony and it needs updating. Bland, unwelcoming and the hallways remind us of a hospital. Also I thought Expedia mentioned free breakfast, my mistake I might’ve misread it. Nonetheless, $15 A PERSON for the most BASIC, MINIMAL BREAKFAST anyone has ever seen. Golden Corral all you can eat is $15 a person. A local restaurant with amazing local food and drinks is $15 a person at most. Aside from the food not a big deal. I just think for the price it should look, feel and provide a little more. It was clean I’ll give it that. Very clean hospital.

EV welcome
We decided on Courtyard marriott because it was EV friendly and has charging stations. We arrived in the evening as was able to get dinner at the bar. Every experience was positive. The only downside was the bed, it was not as comfortable as I would like, but not enough to make the experience negative.

The manager was fzntastic. The property is average at best. They did a basic remodel of the rooms but leave the bathrooms from the 90"s looking like a motel.

The staff was excellent. Some work needs to be done on the elevators. Both broke down. Our room was on the 4th floor and we ended up having to use the stairs to get to and from our room. This was not fun. We were there over the weekend and was told by staff the elevators could not be repaired until Monday. The next thing that happened is I got sick off of undercooked sausage from the complimentary breakfast that is offered with the stay. Other than that breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable even though we had ants in our bathroom. It’s too bad this property does not reflect the excellent service the staff tries to offer it’s guest.
