Welcome to our newly remodeled beach home with a premier location just steps to the white sandy swim friendly bay & across the street from ocean in beautiful North Mission Beach. This convenient ground level beach home is located in a 3-unit property on a desirable corner lot with an exterior beachy mural designed by a local artist. Features include 2br's + 1ba, sleeps 5 (4 adults max), exclusive patio with BBQ & outdoor seating, 1 oversized parking space, 2 SMART TVs with cable, & dog friendly (unfortunately no cats). *Note no A/C in this home, fans are provided.

Newly remodeled from head to toe! Step into our upscale beach home that includes new furniture, furnishings & dĂ©cor. The open main living area features 50” SMART Samsung TV (with full cable), plush sofa bed, dining nook with seating for 2, & high end kitchen with stainless steel appliances, high end custom cabinets, white quartz counters, & windows looking out to the patio. The hallway will lead you to 2br's & 1ba. Br 1 includes 1 Queen bed, SMART TV, & built-in closet. Br 2 also has a Queen bed, & off the hallway is a full ba (shower).

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
‱ GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
‱ OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
‱ AIR CONDITIONING | Please refer to your specific property if air conditioning is provided. If the advertisement does not say that air conditioning is offered, than the home does not have air conditioning. Note that the majority of area homes do not have air conditioning due to the mild year-round San Diego coastal climate (average approximate 65 degree year-round temperatures, with Summer averages at approximately 69 degrees!). In such cases where air conditioning is not supplied, our homes are outfitted with ceiling and/or floor fans to help keep cool.
‱ NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
‱ COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

This was the worst possible VRBO stay. Bugs everywhere! Bugs in both beds, in the shower, all over the kitchen counters, and a live bug in the fridge. Absolutely disgusting. The property management company could not have been any worse to deal with. When we explained the problem their response was “there’s bug spray under the kitchen sink”. We ended up going to a hotel. After filing complaints, photos and videos; the company would only send a 50% refund because we were outside the “cancellation policy”. We did not “cancel” our vacation. The unit was disgusting and shouldn’t have been rented.

Loved our Stay Here !

This property worked perfectly well for our family's needs/wants. The location and the fact that it had a parking space is the main reason why we chose it. We loved being able to take a short walk to the beach. The harbor is even closer but we preferred going to the beach most days. Having the parking spot was very helpful in this area. We enjoyed our rooms and the living space. Everything was great. It does come with a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards which was also handy. The only two things I would suggest is that the kitchen needs a regular spatula for cooking and if there is a way to make the water pressure better in the shower (possibly a different shower head). We would definitely stay here again !

This property is cute and small. we had two adults and a 3 year old. Wouldnt want more than that in the space. great location, access to the bay and the ocean. Wonderful coffee, food within walking distance. beds comfy! kitchen stocked with basics - get cooking basics at the store before coming if you want to cook.Area safe and quiet. Definately stay again.

Great little getaway spot, close to lots of stuff

We were here for just a weekend, it was super close to the beach as well as lots of restaurants within walking distance. The location came with one parking spot which was a huge plus. The building was very clean and well maintained. Easy to check in, and all around a great experience staying here. I would highly recommend.

Great location

Perfect place for our family of 3 and our dog! Both the bayside and ocean side beaches were just a few steps from the front door which is why we went to San Diego
the beach! There are also several great restaurants and coffee shops within a few minute walk. The beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie provided was less stuff we had to pack. The house was cozy but comfortable and had everything we needed for a great family vacation!

Cute beachy place

Came here with my family. The property was very cute Triplex. Two studios above and 2 bedroom bottom floor where we stayed. perfect for our family of four. It was small but worked great and we utilized the patio. We love that we had a full kitchen (various pots & pans, utensils, bbq, traditional coffee maker) we’re steps away from the bay and just a few more steps away from the beach. Right in town close to dining and entertainment. Management responsive and we were able to check in early. Management reached out to us second day to check on us as well. Would stay here again!

Amazing location, so easy for surf and bay activities.

The place came with boogie boards, sand toys, and beach chairs. It was April so we picked up some wetsuits from the used sports place. It is a quick walk back and easy rinse off with the hose on the porch. Good value and handy parking. We also borrowed paddle boards from a local friend and were able to store them on the porch, 1 min walk to the bay. Great place!

We enjoyed the location and unit just fine. The parking was problematic as others mentioned there needs to be a reserve sign. Construction was ridiculous on Monday and Tuesday, which was two of our three days stay.

Mission Beach Condo

This house is in a great location between the ocean and Mission Bay. The unit we were in was on the bottom floor so you could hear every step from the people above. The house had sugar ants but I didn't see any other bugs. No coffee or sugar. Very basic accommodations. This unit comes with a designated parking spot (which is a necessity if you have a car). We came home one evening and someone had parked in our spot. They have no signage or a tow away sign, so this might happen frequently. The company was very slow to respond but eventually they gave us a number to call for towing. It was just a frustrating experience, especially because we couldn't find anywhere else to park our car in the meantime. So we parked and blocked the neighbor's garage temporarily and he came home to find our car there. He was understanding, but it was all very unnecessary. A sign would have helped.

Wonderful beach front cottage

We truly enjoyed our stay at cottage. Only steps to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. I did find it difficult to contact management..when I called their after hours emergency number no one called us back until the next day.Someone was parked in our spot and being new to the area we weren't sure where to unload our stuff..including baby..and where to put our car

Everything we needed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, we had fresh towels, and the kitchen was stocked to our needs. On-site working laundry units was a HUGE advantage as well as the convenient parking for our large SUV. Easy access to both bay and Oceanside. We would definitely stay again.
