Property is under renovation or repairs so a bit noisy during the day. The elevators are very slow probably due to construction. The hot water temp was only Luke warm. However the price for the night was really reasonable for Downtown San Diego.

Staff are unprofessional. Their cards don’t work on the doors. I got moved to a different room when the card to my room didn’t work when I arrived and needed my stuff. Breakfast is not free. I don’t understand why it’s paid when there isn’t a lot of food for breakfast. I wasn’t happy with my experience there.

This hotel was nice and the beds were so soft. Parking is valet only, which can be a little overwhelming if you’re not used to it. But the valet guys always had my car ready to go every time I needed to leave though. The property is conveniently located to jump on I-5 out of the parking lot. Only con we had was only one elevator was in service so the wait to be able to go up to our room was long wait at times.

Beds were comfty thats all i really wanted but there was only valet parking 50 a night And there was no microwave in room had to go down stairs no wash or dry machines and no free breakfast and elevators took forever but over all staff was great
