The Staff are amazing very friendly. Welcome drink and breakfast were also great. Clean rooms. Quiet rooms. Neat decor throughout the hotel. Gym was down the street and very nice. The cabinet of Coffee and snacks were a nice touch on every floor. Forgot our kindle housekeeping found it and we were able to have it shipped back to us.

I recently stayed at this boutique-style hotel for 3 nights with my family. The hotel's interior ambiance is pleasant and cozy, offering a nice boutique vibe. However, our stay wasn't without issues. First, the room we booked was quite small, despite being a "king" bed room, which was a bit of a tight squeeze for a family of three. The space felt cramped, and it was difficult to move around comfortably. The staff at the hotel were less than helpful. While they seemed friendly at first, they didn’t provide the support we were hoping for. When we arrived for breakfast on the second day, there were hardly any options available. Though breakfast was advertised as included, it was extremely limited, and items like bread, jam, and croissants were not replenished when they ran out. In fact, by the second day, there were no plates, no coffee refills, and no sign of staff addressing these issues. Other guests around us seemed equally frustrated, with many trying to inform the front desk or staff, but nothing was done to fix the situation. I would advise against opting for the “free breakfast” as it does not meet expectations. The lack of care towards basic amenities and service was disappointing. Another downside was the neighborhood. It didn’t feel safe, as there were a number of homeless individuals in the area, which made us uneasy. The parking situation wasn’t ideal either—hotel parking is expensive, and finding street parking requires a lot of patience.

Property is very charming with style and elegance. Our room was small but nicely appointed. While the complimentary morning breakfast was much appreciated, it could have been better. They frequently ran out of coffee and silverware. Not adequate seating for eating at times. Also, last day of our stay, the hotel ran out of all coffee pods for coffee maker. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the location which was walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The property ran out of breakfast. We went at 9:30am and the timing was until 10am. On complaining, the staff said there was nothing they can do. I asked to cover for my breakfast outside which they refused. Only offer was to take complimentary lunch or dinner at sister hotel which did not fit in our travel plan. The Manager (Toms) sounded as if he was doing a favor by offering complimentary lunch/ dinner. He refused any other kind of compensation. We ended up wasting our sight seeing time on finding a restaurant for breakfast, waiting in queue and paying for it when it was already paid for in hotel rate. This is first time in my life that we received such poor service from a Marriott branded hotel. Do yourself a fovor and pick another property. Also, there is a smoke joint next to hotel and we encountered few homeless people.
