The hotel was in very clean condition and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative items that we came across were the seats in the dining area were worn and torn, however the dining area was kept very clean and organized. It was very roomy with many tables. In our room the bath tub was very old and scratched up and the wall paper next to the shower was peeling off, however the shower had great water pressure which was a big plus. Needless to say the bathroom could use a refurbishing. These were minor observations and did not really negatively affect our stay. We will stay here again in the future.

The Hotel is very clean and the staff is great. However, I have to say there is limited disabled parking spaces. I had a hard time getting parking that would allow me to walk a short distance for my difficulty in walking. Also, during breakfast the kitchen would not refill the trays and often times there was not enough food for everyone. Those 2 things really bothered me and it’s the reason why I won’t grade it a 5 star.

Good Family Hotel - Hot Tub & Pool
The hotel was centrally located and easy to get to USD. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. The breakfast was good. Very clean, and it had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Very nice for families.

Nice clean hotel with a few hurdles to jump.
Girls trip. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and even had gluten free options. The elevator emergency system accidentally got pushed by the luggage cart. It took 12 min for an operator to answer the call. That was very unsettling as we knew if their was a real emergency it would take a long time for a response. Also there is not enough parking for that large of a hotel. The parking is very narrow so navigating around other vehicles was very tedious. There wasnt enough handicapped parking spaces either. We ended up in overflow parking which has no room to turn around in or to back up. Also, you have to pay $25 a stay to park their. Even in a handicap spot.
