We will stay here again but the only complaint was the room had an odor? Tolerable but not pleasant. The wait staff was great and hospitable. The breakfast was good!

The bathroom seemed to be an after thought. The door barely clears the toilet so closing the door is problem. Also the shower curtain rod is rounded and extend far beyond the small square tub. When the shower is on a lot of water ends up on the floor. It id doesn't have a mold problem now then it will soon.

Very nosy hotel! The breakfast was the same stuff everyday. They did not serve waffles or pancakes what my granddaughter wanted. Juice machine didn’t work. I never ate breakfast. No usb ports in rooms!!!!

While this property was fine. A few things irritated me. The bathroom smelled like urine. The closet space was almost nonexistent. I brought 6 shirts. Any more would have to be left in the car. The property was relatively quiet. I would only stay there again if the price was undercutting all other viable options.

Allergies, Asma/ not allowed at this hotel
They give as our room everything was good! The room look great but the Carpet was dirty and sticky. I didn't check they are pet friendly and i have a child with alergia. She didn't slept that night. I canceled with the lady the second day and she said the third party will send your cancelation and my 50 deposit wilI go back to my card in 3 day, i am in the second day. I hope they will send my $50 back. Hotels.com please I am waiting in my second day cancelation recive and money back with Mission bay Inn San Diego

The comforter on the bed had dirt on it and yellow stains. The rooms are NOT remodeled, at least not the two we stayed in. We requested to change rooms. The next room we got was a little bit bigger, and appeared nicer. There was a dark hair about 8” long on the hand towel by the sink. There was also a hair on the soap dispenser. The comforter had yellow stains on the underside. I pulled back the covers, and in the sheets there was a large yellow-brown chunk of skin flake. I was so grossed out. The shower walls were slimy. The ice machine was mounted outside the wall of our room, so that was fun hearing that constantly. We asked for our money back, and the desk clerk said no since we prepaid for our three night stay. I was so I grossed out I couldn’t sleep under the covers, but luckily I had my airport blanket so I used that on top of the covers. The pool is green so don’t plan on swimming in there. The breakfast was hot. We didn’t eat the free breakfast, because the eggs were watery and the sausage was rubbery. We finally had to call Expedia, where they were able to refund us and get us situated in a nicer place. I am writing this review so people can be warned that this place is no where near what it seems, and it looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia.
