Dirty rooms, unprofessional reception people unwilling to assist the guests. Electrical switch in bathroom broken with missing or broken cover, closet doors all out off tracks, night table lights had missing bulbs and others unplugged! Room access doors had dirt all around. Pictures available! Receptionist AMBER was rude in all requests of guest! Unable to turn a/c too noisy. This is not a place to advertise or promote on Travelocity!

Hey lady at the reception was not a big help and was not willing to do anything else besides stay behind her desk. Breakfast was not as good as before. No butter and sometimes no bread so I had to go buy my own. Lady at the front desk was not even willing to replace Bread at all Saying it's because of the renovations going on which had nothing to do with it. There was a Male manager and he was really helpful.

Nonrefundable Deposit?
Quite sure the bed had bugs and a huge concave in the middle didnt make for a good nights rest. Deposit is nonrefundable as ive been waiting for almost a month now.

I saw conflicting reviews about this hotel but decided to book it and hope for the best. It was conveniently located off the freeway and Natasha, the receptionist was very helpful and gave us an amazing room! I informed her that our last experience in a hotel, (not this one) was not great and she said that if we did not like the room, she would give us another one. The room was clean and I always check for bed bugs. The beds were new looking, free of any bedbugs and incredibly comfortable to sleep on! The only thing we didn’t love was the smell of the room which was a mixture of cleaning supplies and probably normal random hotel smell. We had a mini fridge and a microwave and a working air conditioner and heater;) The breakfast was great for one that is included in the rate of the room. Usually you just get some random items, but this one had coffee, juice, cereal, packets of oatmeal, bananas, blueberry, muffins, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, and my favorite, fresh waffle batter to make waffles! They have a pool and a little workout room, but we did not use either. If you’re on the fence about the hotel, don’t be. And if by chance you get a room that may not be all that you thought it was gonna be, just go and ask for a different room! I would definitely stay there again :)

I loved the location because it's close to the bus, and the lady who checked me in last night was an absolute DOLL lol If I knew who her boss was, I'd strongly recommend them give her a raise! My wife and I checked in and checked immediately out. The hotel in under renovations. Other rooms had caution tape across doors warning of asbestos. The only elevator had super strong smell of paint thinner The room (Not renovated yet) smelled old & musky (moldy?) In the room, you could hear noises from the parking lot Parking lot had strange people loitering We moved to a Best Western a couple of miles away, BIG DIFFERENCE. Spend a little extra and avoid this property.
