This cute 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is located on the sunny side of a North Mission Beach court walking distance to bay, shops, restaurants, Catamaran.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with Cal-King bed and a twin over full bunkbed. There is a 43” Smart Flat screen TV with direct access to the ocean view balcony.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with 43' Smart Flat Screen TV.
There is a shared full size bathroom with dual sinks and tub
The 1st floor living room is has catherdral celings and 60inch flatscreen tv. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table. On this floor, there is another full bathroom with shower.
The front patio with ocean views includes 6 seat table and umbrella and gas BBQ for cookouts.
Full size clothes washer & dryer..

Ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Pacific and Mission Beach. The bay is conveniently located just across the street where the Catamaran Resort, Bahia Belle, and available rentals (bike, scooters,boat, and boards). In addition to the beaches, you are just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district, Petco park, Convention Center and Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo.

COVID cleaning practices:
Self check in -check out process (digital code provided prior to arrival)

This rental is located in a very quiet, high density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter families. Perfect Spot.

This is a great option for a small family visit to San Diego. The house was clean, has two well-stocked full baths and beds were very comfortable. My daughter loved the “hidden” bunk beds. We didn’t cook, but kitchen had everything you would need. I really appreciated the coffee that was available for guest use!Walkable to so many options, but if you choose to have a car (as we did) parking was very manageable. We couldn’t fit in the garage, but never had trouble finding a spot on street nearby. If you get lucky there is a spot on alley right next to the house!Views of the sunset from the upper balcony were stunning, too!

Great SD getaway

This was such a wonderful little place to stay with perfect location. It is less than one block to the beach, which is absolutely amazing. It’s close to everything including the airport. I stayed here with my 4 year old daughter and my mother, and we had a blast. The place itself was very clean and was even fully stocked for kids with dish ware and toys. It was perfect for our family

Perfect place to stay

We loved this place. Beautiful, clean, and close to the beach. Beds were comfy, there were tons of things inside to use at the beach. House has books, games, beach towels, beach chairs, bikes boogie boards. Will definitely stay again when i return to san diego.

Great House, Great Location

This home was perfect for our family of 5. The house was clean and included many items you typically don't find with VRBO rentals (paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soap in the bathrooms, etc.). The owner was kind and responsive to our questions. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the grocery store, shops and restaurants. As a former San Diego resident, I can honestly say you won't find a better house and location in Mission Beach.

Absolute perfection!

I can’t say enough positive things about this property. We visit Mission Beach a few times a year & this was our favorite stay yet. The house was immaculately clean. The location is perfect. The parking is tight but that is expected in this area. Like other reviews have noted, plan for a small SUV or small sedan. The beds were comfy & we had plenty of space for my husband & I as well as our 17 & 20 year old daughters. The property had everything you need to spend the day on the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Feels just like home!

We felt right at home! House is well stocked, from kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms! The host could not have been any more supportive and responsive! It is a great location, close to both ocean and bay. The small garage is a bit of a challenge, but after a couple tries at parking our compact rental, it was quite easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice beach house in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was neat and clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The location is fantastic. It's a very short walk to the ocean beach on one side and Mission Bay on the other.

Awesome location!

Emily's place is just a couple houses away from the beach and boardwalk. The beach is viewable from the front porch or the balcony that sits off of one of the bedrooms. It has all the necessities and some. Emily was a great host and provided clear instructions for check-in and our stay. Everything is as described in the listing. The garage is truly for a compact car - which Emily states very clearly in the listing and instructions. We were able to find parking right outside the house most days throughout the week. On the weekend we were able to find street parking pretty easily. Would certainly stay here again.

Definitely worthy of another stay

It was wonderful from the smallest detail to the largest . Do not hesitate to VRBO this place !! Only negative was the empty propane tank for the grill . And honestly, I didn’t feel like I should have to be the one to fill the tank for the owner . So Wish we could have enjoyed grilling outside on the deck .

Great Memories!

Had such a good time, great location, loved the porch with the view. It was so nice having our evening meal while enjoying the sunset. Nice layout, beds were cozy close enough to hear the ocean-so nice, a great reset. Erin the owner was very helpful and responsive. Will for sure come back again.

60th Birthday Trip

A week-long stay which was perfect for a family of four. Steps from the beach and short walk to restaurants. The property contained everything we needed for our stay. The parking situation was a bit of a challenge, but otherwise, the trip was great.

Wouldn’t change a thing!

Spent 5 nights here to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. It was our first time in San Diego. This house was perfect for us - great space, well stocked, clean and we appreciated the AC as the weather was quite warm. The location of this house was perfect. So close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location

Our N Mission vacation was made perfect because of this property. The houses location is fantastic, view of the beach, sounds of the waves, and close to walking wherever you want up and down the boardwalk. Parking in Mission is impossible so be prepared to survive, but the house was perfect for our family. The house is as described, the King size bed is within the same space/room as the bunk bed. This was great for our kids though, and the parents stayed in the smaller "guest" room. It worked out great though. Erin was a fantastic host and communicator and we'll definitely stay again!!

Amazing Hostess

I have stayed at many VRBO rentals but have really never written a review. Erin was truly amazing as a host! We are accustomed to rental companies in Florida and having a private residence was new to us. Erin went above and beyond to make sure we had all the needed information and assistance. If you are looking for a property where the owner not only cares about your experience but always their house you’ve found great owners. The house was fully stocked with everyday needs. So close to beach! Plan on walking a lot. Parking is very hard to find so rent a smaller car. A BMW 330i barely fit on the garage. If you are good to walk there were many amazing restaurants near by. The Mission has amazing breakfast options! We also loved the local pizzeria. We can’t thank the owners enough for helping our trip be super memorable and maybe made a friend along the way.
