I did not appreciate the amount of the deposit that was required to stay at this hotel, when I was quoted by Travelocity a certain price and was unable to get my full deposit back to circumstances that was not even discussed with me!! I will not ever stay there again

One elevator was not working which was a nuissance. Room refridgerator was fully stocked with items for purchase, but we had items we needed to put in there so that was also a pain. Would be nice if the bar was open later and if you could spend time on the roof when the bar is closed. All the patio furniture gets covered and we were told we couldnt stay. I just didn't understand that. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Great vibe!We were in town for a concert at Petco Park. Easy walk to the stadium. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. Easy access to the rest of the area. Definitely would stay here again.

Cute little boutique hotel right downtown. Easy walk to Petco and restaurants. The rooms are small but clean and nice. Parking is $60 but that seems to be the norm downtown. I would recommend and stay again.

So we got into the room, and the air conditioner was extremely loud. When I was going to go down to the lobby to complain about the air conditioner, the maintenance guide had already showed up. After the maintenance guy came and to fix the air conditioner, and we left to go to a concert and came back. The air conditioner was just as loud if not louder, it drove me absolutely crazy.
