Sheraton has towers that are inconveniently located away from the main tower and feels like a completely different lower tier property. The rooms there are motel quality while being priced as a 3/4 star room. I have a “Bay View” but I’m looking out on to the parking garage with the bay at a distant. The shower doesn’t even have a curtain. A $150 room sold as $300 with incorrect marketing. Disappointed.

It was wonderful. The pool area was great, the fire pits. The deodorizer they used in the carpet had my sister in law stuffed up the whole time! She would leave to go eat and be fine, come back and be so miserable 😣. Also, didn't know there was more than one building. I should have asked to be in the same building as my family. Kinda inconvenient driving back and forth.

This hotel is in a great location with beautiful views. There are a lot of dining options, pools and water activities right there as well. We have stayed in other parts of San Diego before and this location is my favorite by far now. Highly recommend!

Very loud and noisy. Paid a lot to get a view of the parking lot. Guests were loud throughout the night and during the night the air complete shut off because a sensor said a door was open despite everything being locked and closed.

When I arrived at midnight after a late flight, there were no agents at the check-in desk. When one ultimately arrived, she took my information an disappeared into the back office for several minutes. Upon her return, she told me that due to "maintenance issues" they didn't have any available rooms despite my pre-paid non-cancellable reservation. They arranged for the hotel shuttle to take me to the nearby Hilton, where I was greeted cordially.

Very comfortable hotel, very close to the airport. Magnificent views of the Marina and the city skyline. A bit far from downtown and other San Diego attractions, but very nice service and amenities.
