Miranda was the nicest and friendliest check in person! She was very warm and. Sting, and my husband and I think she’s a great asset to the inn! The room was spacious and clean, and when I asked for a new hand lotion (because the one there was used) and body wash (because there was none in the bottle), it was immediately brought to us. Breakfast was delicious and staff wonderful too. Will deft stay there again!

Cleanliness could be improved on. The couches and seats in the lobby had stains on them and didn’t look clean. In the hotel, the room was out of body wash, there was hair on the shower walls, and there was a stain on the bed sheets. The property is nice and the staff is very friendly, just the rooms could be improved on.

The kitchen was great, the bathroom area was great, but the living area was quite cramped because the couch pulled out was the 2nd bed. We were told it would be an extra bed, one that was brought in. Other than that, it was great. Breakfasts were wonderful with plenty of food. It made a good start to everyones day.

This hotel is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in our life. So dirty. The shower curtain was stunk so bad we had to change a new one..because there was no house keeping available. Front desk said house keeping only available once a week. Then we found out our bathtub was blocked the water didn’t drain. After that, I found a bug/carpet Beatle on my pillow. It was soo disgusting. We also found a mouse trap under the bed. Highly NOT recommended!!!! Pictures looks so nice online but this hotel is so dirty.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Window coverings blocked light very well and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. HVAC maintained the room temp perfectly. Ice maker in the room fridge was a nice surprise - no need to find an ice machine. Breakfast buffet was excellent and very well maintained - lots of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Rundown, Not Maintained
Toilet got stuck and then ran periodically all night. Worst of all, the shower did not work. I had no time to switch rooms this morning so I had to take to take a bath. I’m 6’ 3”. How could they clean the room and not know the shower doesn’t work? It was not a clean room either. The glasses in the cupboard looked like they have been in there for 5-yrs. The entire hotel looks a bit rundown.

Few nit-picks about the hotel. 1) the TV is trash. It's a 32" that only gets 20 channels, some of which don't come in at all, some of which are the same channel twice, and some are wasted channels like generic background music. Also not HD but coaxle. 2) no USB charging built in. It was weird to see that in 2024, a hotel didn't at least have a USB hub on the nightstand, if not completely built in to the wall outlets. 3) the toilet. This is a weird one, but the toilet reminded me of the ones you see in family restrooms built for toddlers. Maybe not that bad, but it was low to the floor. Maybe 3" high. Other then those critiques, the staff was 5 stars, the breakfast was 5 stars. Will be staying again for future conventions.

Every one was so friendly and welcoming. Angel helped me with my rental car. I couldn’t get the key out of the ignition. Angel was kind enough to help me get the key out. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. I definitely will be back!
