My room did not have a TV, or refrigerator, and the A/C did not work very well. I told the staff, he was supposed to check with the boss about give me a discount that night. No update that night or the next morning, I'll be contacting my credit card company.

a bit disappointing.
On arrival I was given keys to a room already occupied as I discovered when I walked in the room. When I got keys to the right room, the TV wasn't working, the remote was missing, the cable box had no power supply. 20 minutes later I had a TV that I could only adjust using buttons on the tv, tough when you just want to surf a little before sleeping. The TV had some sort of muck all over the screen which I didn't dare try to clean off, the shelves were covered in thick (not cleaned in months dust). The elongated toilet had a round seat on it, however it was clean and stocked. The towels were small and cheapest quality possible. The bed was VERY firm, I thought at first it was just box springs, but was actually comfortable, and the sheets were crisp and clean so kudos there. Wouldn't take much effort to bump from poor to acceptable condition, but I won't be visiting again.

My goodness, where do I start? I do not recommend this motel. This place was horrible. Dirty, dirty and filthy. Yuck a million times. I almost fell through the bathroom floor to the bottom floor. This place should be condemned. The refrigerator is not frost free. It looked like it had not been defrosted in ages. Inside the fridge was dirty with food stains and who knows what. The microwave was filthy dirty. Floors needed sweeping and mopping. Bath tub was charcoal dirty. Very disgusting . I can go on. I took a lot of pictures of the dirty room. The window curtains…. Oh my,, they were cut to fit the window and the thread was unraveling.

A less expensive place to stay but nice
Lesser expensive place to stay. Need was firm but comfortable. AC worked fine. Bathroom all worked. Hot water was good. The bathroom was as well cleaned as I would expect. Some hair was on the floor and in the shower. Nothing excessive but... Parking in the garage is limited and a very tight fit.

Wife and I have stayed here a few times. It's not the best and the price reflects that. This last trip though, the room was so dirty I was grossed out; this place has really gone downhill quickly. There was rice, dog food, hair, goo, dirt, all over the floors. The room smelled... bad. We brought up our concerns up to the front desk, who responded "What do you want me to do about it?" Just running a broom through the room would have been a 100% improvement, but as it was, I didn't want to take my shoes off. We moved to a different hotel, something I've never done before. On the way out, the front desk person was sitting in a car full of people in the tiny garage smoking something with all the windows rolled up. We paid at the property and I'm now trying to get our money back. Don't stay here.

The location can't be beat. But this place hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The tub backed up while showering. We needed to request clean pillowcases, one was used, stained and had mildew spots on it. The mattress was super hard and uncomfortable. Thr fridge was filthy and had a previous guests drink inside. It looked like the belongings of someone, possibly homeless, were in a corner on one floor.

Parking lot is tiny. There were someone else's clothes in my room when I walked in. When I told the staff they first said they'd have the person(owner of the clothes who'd changed rooms) come by later and get them. I had them come up and get the clothes and requested new towels. I requested the room to be cleaned again but it wasn't so I wiped down the room myself with Clorox wipes. The facility is dilapidated. My colleagues room smelled heavily of cigarettes smoke despite being a non smoking room. Lastly, while their, some other guests tried walking into my room because the front desk booked my room again. When they were given a different room, they walked in and walked right out. Their room was worse than mine.

The room smell like smoke the whole time, there were little bugs around. The hotel say no smoking and there were cigarette buds right under the board. The building is sketchy, the parking lot is too congested i was always worried if someone will bump in my car. The street parking felt more safe then the basement parking. I will never recommend anyone this hotel, better spend a little more money and get a better place. The place doesn’t even look like close to the pictures they posted.

When we got in our room, the bathtub was full of debris from back up, the towels were dirty, and the bedding looked slept on. The room was very dirty and totally unacceptable. Do not recommend.

You get what you pay for
The first room they gave us had someone sleeping in it. The next room was empty, but we only realized we didn't have towels after I was already in the shower and my BF had to back down to get us towels. The parking spaces were difficult to get in and out of. No one answers the phone either. But they do have a ring doorbell and we were let in at 2 AM one night because we locked our keys in our room that morning. We tried to get keys before we left, but no one answered when we rang the doorbell at 7 AM that morning, so we were thankful they answered when we got back really late.
