This is the worst hotel I have booked with and trying to resolve an issue with Expedia was not any better. I have stayed a boutique hotels before and have never experienced anything like this. Do not trust the pictures. Driving up I had a bad feeling but decided to check in. While I was using the bathroom I not only noticed a bug in the bathroom while using it, there was a stain on the toilet which looked to be urine and there was also hair in the bathroom. While inspecting the rest of the room there was also hair on the sheets and they were also stained. The neighbors next door were also extremely loud. I went downstairs to the front desk to state my concerns about the room, cleanliness and noise level and I was moved to a different room. It was the same. The sheets were stained, hair on them as well and the mattress made my stomach turn with the yellow stains that were on it. I immediately left and found other accommodations after spending $60 in the parking garage next to the hotel because the valet was full. I never returned to the hotel and checked out over the phone. I would stay here if they paid me too. The manager is also refusing to give me a refund and has not returned my call. Expedia is not any help either so I lost money booking this stay. I won’t be recommending this hotel or Expedia to anyone.

Amazing hotel

Absoutley amazing experiance. Hotel was very clean and modern, very comfortable, great location. Bur what truly made the stay was the amazing staff. From Sandra on the front desk to the valets and other staff, everyone had a smile and was so very helpful. Will return to this amazing experiance.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had planned to drop bags off to be held until check-in but found that our room was ready early and we could check in. The lobby is lovely and the hotel location is perfect for anyone who wants to walk and see the sights. We loved our stay and plan to return in the future.

Joseph was great at check-in. Room was small but perfect for a short stay. Outside can get pretty noisy throughout the night. The only inconvenience was parking. We knew it was valet only but when we drove up at 5pm, there was a sign that valet was sold out. We didn’t even know that was a possibility. One of the valet staff told us of a secure parking garage around the corner which saved us $12 per night. Overall, clean hotel and would stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

Room 615. The bathroom felt dirty. The metal container that holds the soap/lotion is extremely rusty and old. It should have not been there, it should be in the trash and replaced. The vent above the shower needs to be cleaned and possibly painted. We also chased a cockroach across the room and killed it. I have pictures of both. However, the person that valet our car was very pleasant and helpful. He offered excellent customer service. Also, the person at the reception desk was cordial and attentive. She offered excellent customer service. The overall feel of the hotel was good and the personnel were very attentive. But I was really surprised that a rusty real terrible looking item was in the bathroom. The bottles of soap should probably be replaced, they look worn. One cockroach is one too many. This was a business trip and we used three of your rooms.

The property was in a convenient location, the room was clean and well kept. Little things I didn't like -- the towels were really worn and very rough/scratchy. There wasn't much area to lay out your suitcase or shelves or drawers to unpack so you could put your suitcase away. But overall the experience at the hotel was a good one.
