Accessible to be at beach. Not so fan about an overstocked refrigerator of warm booze. Theres no room for anything/unusable mini fridge. Room was right next to electrical room. All night between the electrical room, ac and ac fan was blowing/ making clicking sound on and off all night. Such a disappointment. Seemed like a nice hotel. Also got a rude call 1hour before checkout time to remind to leave.

Awesome hotel!
We had a great stay! Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the welcome drink. Food in restaurant downstairs is excellent. They have free beach equipment to use for guests and we loved spending the day at the beach right outside of the hotel. Will stay again!

Dream vacation in San Diego
Best Hotel on San Diego beaches. Great location, right on Pacific Beach. Every single room has ocean view. Awesome service and great onsite restaurants. Central location at Pacific Beach offers easy access to dining, fitness, water sports/activities. Super clean and well-decorated with an Ocean theme. Free beach rentals and bicycles rentals. I would recommend Tower 23 to anyone who want to have a dream vacation in San Diego

A hotel directly reflects the manager's vision, and Tower23 is managed by the best. Tower23 has professional, empowered employees who have really given us an amazing experience. It was so clean and so comfortable. The location is unbeatable, and the cost was reasonable. The oceanfront suite gave us everything we wanted for this 25th Anniversary vacation.
