We left after tye first day after having the noisiest neighbors and seeing a cockroch on the bed. We were given a different room but we did not want to risk another cockroch. Thankfully, we were able to get a full refund for the days we did not end up staying at.

This property is unsafe. Lot's of homeless in the area and coming onto the property. Roaches in the rooms. Terrible stay. I tried many time's to complain and ask for assistance from the manager and no one was available. I would not recommend this establishment.

Horrible experience from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. They gave me and my other party that checked in separately the same exact room. They were confused and rude. Awakened at 7am by cleaning staff talking and laughing outside my room. Check out id at 11, and at 10:56am cleaning staff knock twice and kick us out saying we gotta go. Lets just say Im never staying there ever again. HORRIBLE! And unsafe neighborhood.

We deceived to stay at this property because of the location since it was close to several destinations we were going to, that being said when we approached the Checking in desk the person who attended me was more interested in the conversation she was having with her coworkers than greeting me, all the time she spoke to me she was looking at them and call me old fashioned but that really bothered me. The building is a little run down but the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable the area where the hotel is at is very busy and there were a lot of homeless people on the main street will we ever stay here again? Maybe

The front desk staff were unhelpful and made a mistake upon checking in my family. the two girls working didn't seem to know what they were doing and they weren't friendly. then the manager Marina was trying to "fix" it but was super rude as well. worst experience.

It was hard to stay there, even if it was for one night. We had checked in and within the hour we checked out. My wife and I had some concerns when we noticed spots of what looked like blood on the shower curtains. Didn’t stay another minute after noticing that.
