Awesome Spring Break GetAway!
We had the best time! The house is perfectly located just a few minutes from town and we really enjoyed watching the tides go in and out from the great outdoor space. My teen daughter enjoyed laying out on the roof top deck, my teen boys took the truck off roading right across the street and my dog and I went for very long walks on the beach everyday. Something for everyone! The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed bonfires and fireworks every night. The owner, Phillip is great on communication! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home
Everything stated in description and more! Great location, beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. Accommodated our family of 11, (3 generations), without feeling cramped. Phillip is an excellent host! Will definitely inquire here first on next trip to San Felipe!!

Great location
Very nice place and a good location. Great beach right in front of the house. Had everything needed but the kitchen did lack some stuff like utensils and things you need for cooking. It was very nice that the house was equipped with some rollaway beds underneath the regular beds. We were there together with 10 people for a big family weekend. The outdoor patio area was the best. Neighbor across the street was really nice as well. House has some things that could use repair but on Mexico standards, this is definitely a five-star place. And communication from the host was the best.
