Although the hotel advertises transportation from SF Airport this is not completely true. They discontinue service several hours during the day which meant that I had to hire an uber for $25 for a 10 minute ride. The front desk staff are not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this hotel.

An older hotel but exceptionally well-maintained. The staff was friendly and the check in and out was fast and easy. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. The facility has a nice gym with cardio and weight machines (was good but I would have liked to have seen dumbbells as well). Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

The property is fine, it is beginning to show some age. There is a wonderful paved walkway beside the hotel to view the bay, which was nice. Breakfast was standard like fast food. The staff service was not exceptional but fine.

A fantastic hotel if you are doing a quick stay over in San Francisco before moving on and no time to visit the city. The hotel is very close to the airport so we picked up our car straight away and took advantage of the hotels large free car park. The room was very spacious and clean, the free breakfast in the morning was excellent with waffle machines and excellent freshly made omelettes. Would highly recommend, no evening meal available so a quick 10 minute walk to Flightbar 101 (Marriott hotel) sorted us out with excellent Fries and Vegan Smash burger. Just what was needed after a long flight before jet lag took over and we retired to our comfy beds. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is a bit dated. Location is by the airport and you can see planes landing and taking off, which can be fun. Breakfast was the usual suspects: omelets, potatoes, bagels, waffles, juice. Most of the fruit was canned and in syrup. They had fresh oranges but no bananas or apples. Notably, the breakfast did not include any meat, e.g. sausage or bacon.

Enjoyed our stay at Bay Landing, if visiting San Francisco there is a 20 minute bus 292 service (SamTrams) which runs every 20mins during the day and the stops are within a five minute walk of the hotel. You will need another ticket for Muni Transport (local). Two day tickets for an adult at the time of writing cost $4.50 and $5.70 respectively. The hotel was clean and tidy, room service was available if and when required. As others have said rooms were outdated with furniture but in no way did this stop us enjoying our stay. For us it added charm. Breakfast was enjoyable but lacked meat options on certain days, this did not stop our enjoyment of breakfast as other items were available. Overall given it was free so to say it was our first stop for filling up for the day. 24hr coffee and tea was available from the lobby. We used the airport shuttle bus which for us came on time. The view from our room (420) was excellent and you could see planes taking off and landing, be aware it can be a bit noisy especially if International planes are coming and going. Overall, we would stay again at Bay Landing given its location to the airport, free breakfast and no San Francisco room tax charge. One thing I would point out is to be aware of leaving windows open during mosquito season, we learnt the hard way. We asked the staff to spray the room which they did and all was fine for the rest of our stay.
