I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay. I stayed at your hotel from 2012 to 2014 and enjoyed it so much that I decided to return. While my overall experience was wonderful, I did notice that a few updates could enhance the guest experience even further. Thank you for maintaining such a welcoming and comfortable environment. All was good. Except the heat didnt work right in one of the rooms that I reserved. I was very surprised that my Mom was actually cold in the night. I did try and look at the thermostat the next morning to be sure that it wasn't just my mom misreading the remote. It did work the next night when staff came up to check, so I dont know what happened. I have stayed here many times before flights.

Clean. Close to airport. Easy free parking, but don't leave things in your car because it's still the city. Nice location where you can walk along the pathway but not get jet fumes. Close drive to Coyote point (has lots of park space, a great playground, and childrens museum). Close drive to Safeway and trader Joe's.

We liked Bay Landing. We travel between LA and SF frequently and have stayed in about 25 different hotels. I have specific criteria that I require to be pleased with a hotel and Bay Landing met almost all of them. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. There were a few small details that made the hotel feel outdated, although these things are not super important. The bedspreads were very old-style and the stitching was coming apart. Some new white covers would look much better and more current. We normally don't eat the free hotel breakfasts because they usually consist of mostly carbs and end by 9am. This one was a bit better than most with more fruit, better eggs and stayed open until 10am. We would definitely stay here again.

I decided to do a suburban hotel to feel safe and parking will not be an issue. I enjoyed my stay here and would use it if i go back. The room was nice and comfortable. It was a little cold in the rooms and hallway, but everywhere in the city was cold. It was beautiful for an older building. Breakfast was good. They is a mini fridge, mircowave, huge closet, separate bath and shower. Great view of the water. I walked to benihana and a nearby food truck. The only complaint is that the hall and bathroom smell. Also a short drive to the airport. I recommend it

We had an early flight at 4am. The safe in our room malfunctioned and our passports were inside. We were panicking and the front desk attendant quickly reached the manager and rescued our passports out of the safe. We were very grateful for his quick action and care.
