Although the hotel advertises transportation from SF Airport this is not completely true. They discontinue service several hours during the day which meant that I had to hire an uber for $25 for a 10 minute ride. The front desk staff are not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this hotel.

An older hotel but exceptionally well-maintained. The staff was friendly and the check in and out was fast and easy. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. The facility has a nice gym with cardio and weight machines (was good but I would have liked to have seen dumbbells as well). Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very helpful, and it was a short 10ish minute shuttle ride from the airport. I stayed here for an overnight layover and it was perfect. Timely shuttle and super convenient. The breakfast was good, though lacking proteins. There was only eggs (no meat), which was unfortunate since I cannot have eggs. There was plenty of baked goods, fruit and potatoes though which were yummy. Our beds were comfortable and we slept soundly!

Arielle and Haleigh were great at checkin. Room was nice. Airport shuttle was clutch. Restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast tasty (except for foxnews being on TV- a local station probably better). Definitely recommend.

Super friendly check-in person. Room was very clean, spacious and with plenty of towels. Quiet, too. Too bad the breakfast area in the morning was jammed pack with people and despite waiting for 15 minutes, it was too crowded with the tables not bused and I decided to forego my breakfast as a result. That was the most disappointing part of it - going away hangry.

Value for money clean albeit dated hotel very close to the restaurant. Staff very friendly, Bayside view rooms expansive with lovely outlook. Buffet breakfast in the room rate a bonus. Recommended. Only down side is the buffet breakfast does not cater for people with gluten free issues
