This property is excellent! It's truly a hidden gem. Staff is awesome, the breakfast & coffee are phenomenal, and everything is clean & organized. If I ever return to the Bay Area, you can bet I'm staying here.

This seems to be an old-style hotel, but it is elegant and well-kept. I booked a bay side room and my husband and I both enjoyed watching the planes land and depart at SFO. It wasn’t at all noisy and there the hotel abuts a lovely seawall that connects various places along the bay. It really was a find!

Everything was fine except that at 3:30 am I discovered there was no working hair dryer in the room and no one at the desk to get one from until about 30 minutes after I asked, by which time a hair dryer was moot.

Next to the airport was good. The only problem was the view it said street views but had more of the side of building then the street and ask if I can change it’s was a $40 upgrade and it was 8 pm and leaving the next day. I was hoping a move to a better view instead of the side building

A good hotel if you’re transiting through San Francisco only. Courtesy hotel shuttle is really convenient and the staff and complimentary breakfast are very good. Very limited restaurants nearby and the hotel does not have a dining room apart from breakfast

This property was convenient to the airport. My only complaint was that the shuttle didn’t run from 12 to 3 in the afternoon. Our flights didn’t coincide with that so we ended up having to pay for an Uber.

The continental breakfast was good. The rooms are outdated, bed is old and uncomfortable, the stains in the chairs and curtains, the room has a weird smell, but the bathroom was clean.
