Although the hotel advertises transportation from SF Airport this is not completely true. They discontinue service several hours during the day which meant that I had to hire an uber for $25 for a 10 minute ride. The front desk staff are not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this hotel.

An older hotel but exceptionally well-maintained. The staff was friendly and the check in and out was fast and easy. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. The facility has a nice gym with cardio and weight machines (was good but I would have liked to have seen dumbbells as well). Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nicely updated and the ocean view around the property was fantastic! The staff was sufficiently helpful. There are many nice restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel room did not have enough electrical outlets and at least one of them was so loose that it could not support the cord.

Hotel room was spacious, good view, clean, but showing its age. Breakfast was included and great. Shuttle service was timely and helpful. Housekeeping was provided only on request and only in am. King sheets didn’t fit well. AC didn’t work well, was fixed promptly on request. One night clerk responded to rude guests with escalating rudeness, two separate occasions and didn’t follow up with requests.

Great location near trails and the bay. Older hotel compared to others in the area but comfortable, clean and in great shape. Bed and linens were great. Good water pressure. Easy parking lot close to entryways. Free breakfast laughable but plenty of choices in area.

Modern hotel very near the airport. The room was quite large with a king bed. It's extremely well sound proof and can't even hear big trucks going by ( no airplanes either!). The breakfast was really good - full, hot, with options. Amenities all great. The only thing I noticed is that the large entry area rugs need cleaning. It was not a good first impression but right after everything was terrific.

The staff was wonderful. The location was very convenient. Beautiful bay views! The shuttle was on time and very helpful (to get an Uber from the airport would have been around $25-$30). The breakfast was really good- waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, muffins, juice, really good coffee. We would definitely stay here again,,

THE PROPERTY IS VERY SPACIOUS/NICE WITH A GREATVIEW OF THE BAY/AIRPORT BUT VERY OLD & THERE IS A CALIFORNIA WARNING SIGN POSTED NEAR THE DRIVEWAY OF THE PROPERTY REGARDING THE USE OF TOXIC CHEMICALS ON THE PROPERTY. THERE ARE NO VENT FANS IN THE BATHROOM AREA & MY ROOM HAD SMALL DISCOLORED SPOTS IN THE CEILING OF THE BATHROOM. THE FOOD IN THE NEIGHBORING RESTOS ARE TOP NOTCH W/ ABSOLUTELY NO STOMACH ISSUES WHATSOEVER (BENIHANAS JAPANESE SUSHI/HIBACHI w/ GREAT VIEW OF THE BAY CULTURAL PROPERTY LANDSCAPING & UPSCALE CHINESE RESTOS NEARBY INCLUDING DIM SUM W/ GREAT VIEWS OF THE BAY). THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING INCLUDING A JOGGING / WALKING PATH ON THE BAY RIGHT NEXT TO A SMALL BIRD SANCTUARY ON THE BAY AS WELL. VERY RELAXING WITH COMPETENT FRIENDLY STAFF. GREAT VALUE FOR A FAIR PRICE.

The hotel was near the airport, which is what I was looking for, and it was nicely appointed, but the food options were limited. I had to leave the hotel and go to another one - the Grand Hyatt - to get dinner; the only other options were chinese food or whatever I could get from the gas station. The "VIP benefit" was an $11 credit in their little shop, which carried very limited items, so I was not able to use it. Most of the ice machines didn't work so I had to explore the hotel to find one that did work.
