Although the hotel advertises transportation from SF Airport this is not completely true. They discontinue service several hours during the day which meant that I had to hire an uber for $25 for a 10 minute ride. The front desk staff are not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this hotel.

An older hotel but exceptionally well-maintained. The staff was friendly and the check in and out was fast and easy. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. The facility has a nice gym with cardio and weight machines (was good but I would have liked to have seen dumbbells as well). Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at Bay Landing, if visiting San Francisco there is a 20 minute bus 292 service (SamTrams) which runs every 20mins during the day and the stops are within a five minute walk of the hotel. You will need another ticket for Muni Transport (local). Two day tickets for an adult at the time of writing cost $4.50 and $5.70 respectively. The hotel was clean and tidy, room service was available if and when required. As others have said rooms were outdated with furniture but in no way did this stop us enjoying our stay. For us it added charm. Breakfast was enjoyable but lacked meat options on certain days, this did not stop our enjoyment of breakfast as other items were available. Overall given it was free so to say it was our first stop for filling up for the day. 24hr coffee and tea was available from the lobby. We used the airport shuttle bus which for us came on time. The view from our room (420) was excellent and you could see planes taking off and landing, be aware it can be a bit noisy especially if International planes are coming and going. Overall, we would stay again at Bay Landing given its location to the airport, free breakfast and no San Francisco room tax charge. One thing I would point out is to be aware of leaving windows open during mosquito season, we learnt the hard way. We asked the staff to spray the room which they did and all was fine for the rest of our stay.

Staff was extremely helpful. One of the lights in our room did not work. The bulb was burnt out. The TV remote control did not work. I saw a piece oof a peanut under the bed. Do they not vacuum under the bed?

It's an airport hotel. Room is big, the views of the bay are really nice but you are next to an airport and are only staying the one night. Ancient wifi, few power outlets for those with more than 1 device to recharge. Could use some refresh for sure.

Clean hotel. Nice rooms and views of the harbor. Almost no places to eat close. Tram shuttle to and from the airport is super easy. Very good stay.

We were only checked in for 8 hours, but slept great in a comfortable king bed. The room was clean, and staff was great. Grabbed dinner at Max's a few minutes from hotel. We couldn't use the shuttle to the airport because we had to leave at 2:30 a.m. and the shuttle doesn't start until 4 a.m. The hotel waterfront area is pretty, and it was neat watching the planes come and go. Uber to the airport was quick as well.
