Great apartment in Haight-Ashbury
Great location, immaculately clean, comfortable, thoughtfully decorated and organized apartment on the lower level of a home in the Haight. We loved staying here. Very close to abundant places to grab lunch or dinner, a great bookstore, etc. About an 8-minute walk to Buena Vista park and also walking distance to Golden Gate Park. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the host to our occasional needs and questions. Highly recommend!

Has everything you need and more
I stayed here with my 10 yr old son for 3 nights. This place has parking (which is amazing), in-unit laundry (with detergent and dryer sheets provided), and a full kitchen (including stove, dishwasher, and fridge). The shower is not pictured but is big and clean. Check-out was just taking our stuff and leaving. Know that if you don't have 3 people but plan to use the pull out twin, you need to request sheets ($25 charge). Also, there are no washcloths or hand towels, which we knew ahead of time and planned around. Coffee is a French press, which was awesome. To save some money, we got pre-made meals from Gus's (less than a 5-minute walk), which were way better than Whole Foods'. You can definitely hear footfalls above and sometimes voices, but we never anything that bothered us (we stayed on central time and went to bed around 8pm and still had no issues). I was a little worried about hearing dogs barking based on other reviews, but this was a total non-issue for us. We packed our days full and loved coming back to this place, opening up the windows, and relaxing.

Great Spit!
We loved our stay in the Haight Ashbury neighborhood. The studio is just as shown in the photos and was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed and was a comfortable place to stay. Would stay again next time we are back in SF.

Perfect location!
Our stay here was great! The apartment is in the perfect location to head out and see different parts of SF each day. The host is very accommodating - quick to respond to inquiries & helpful in regards to navigating the city, parking, etc. The apartment was spacious, well-kept and comfortable. Shower was large & beautiful!

Comfy, lovely studio, AMAZING location
We had such a great stay here. Easy walking distance to Haight Ashbury, Golden Gate Park, and our favorite restaurants in Cole Valley. The studio is lovely and well appointed. Comfy bed, nice linens and towels, and a very well-stocked kitchen (though we actually didn't cook in it!) Like I said, favorite restaurants so close by. :) The garage parking was an excellent perk, as we took public transit and ubers when we weren't on foot. Our hosts were very communicative but also very quiet in the house above us, and the little garden space outside the studio was charming. Thanks so much for hosting us! We will definitely be back. (Sorry for the lateness of this review. It got buried in the chaos of summer.)

Comfort & Convenience in San Francisco
We were originally impressed by the universal 5* reviews for this property and it completely lived up to its billing. The property is in a lovely area of the city; close to the some great parks and good local shopping supplies and a good choice of bus & tram routes are just a few minutes walk away to take you downtown. The property is located a third of the way up a steep street but this is one of the reasons to visit San Francisco. The hosts are friendly and discreet. They are there for you when you have a question and also generous with the space and privacy they make available to their renters.

The studio provided everything we needed and all details as described. Truly took advantage of the garage and host was very accommodating to our needs. Would stay again without a doubt. Of note, host does own a dog so may hear barking and walking above unit for anyone who is a light sleeper/may want to sleep in. 5/5 stay :)

My wife and I came up for a Giants game. This little spot was quiet and easy to get to. We were able to get to the game with ease and felt very safe. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We will definitely recommend this spot to our friends

Our hosts were wonderful. First time in San Francisco and weren’t sure about transit travel from the airport and our hosts were so helpful. The airline also lost our luggage for three days and the day of delivery we were on a tour so our fabulous hosts accepted our bags and brought them to the suite for us. Neighbourhood is very cool but a fair distance from downtown and tourist sites so you need to Uber or master the transit which we ended up doing both near the end of the trip. However the suite was great and the bed was amazing. It is a basement suite so you can hear the hosts a little upstairs as they are early risers but overall very little noise and very enjoyable.

Great location for a San Fran visit!
We absolutely loved this place, especially the secret garden out back. It was wonderful waking up to a view of the garden and citrus trees. Location is wonderful...just two blocks to Haight St. and all the restaurants, bars and shopping you could want, and a short uber hop anywhere else you might want to visit. Proximity to Golden Gate Park also a huge plus. For light sleepers, a word to the wise: This unit is directly below the living space of Young's lovely house above. We're early risers, so not a problem for us.....but definitely could hear the early morning pitter patter of canine and human footfalls. These are the kinds of clues I look for when reading reviews, so sharing that observation. Not a problem for us, and we would book again, just noting that for others.
