Mixed feelings. Nighttime Front desk staff were very very helpful. I walked in with a reservation to the next night, my mistake, and she accommodated us without extra charges. Parking, safe We planned to use the SFO shuttle, but when we came down at 4am for our early sfo flight, the shuttle wasn’t running til 5am…we ended up being charged $35 by a taxi, total rip-off. We were told by morning desk that Uber was more expensive…it wasn’t. Last time I’ll use a sfo taxi. Property needs TLC. Elevator paneling was held on with duct tape. Holes in the walls. Room 334 door lock had been broken. Wi-Fi okay Relatively clean

Dirty, curtains are filthy, room wasn't prepped because an underwear that had skid marks on a hangar was left behind. Ironing board had stains on it. Service staff were friendly that met us in the room, also the restaurant staff were friendly. Front desk...hmmm, scripted. They did move us to a different room which was better. Everything was very inconvenient because we just landed and we're very tired. We barely got any sleep because of the inconvenience. Expected better from a hotel that has a well known name with a status attached to it. Hotel is outdated. Needs renovation.
