When I checked in the front desk person was not overly friendly. The heat /air did not work in my room when I called down to report. I called 3 times no one ever answered and in the AM upon check out when I reported the problem the desk clerk didn’t seem to worried. The carpet through out the property needs to be replaced and the waiter in the restaurant was rather rude (he was working alone so I’ll cut him some slack) over all I would NOT stay at this property again

Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport is always nearly fully occupied. That is a testatment to the location and value. The hotel has a gym and a pool. Saw and met travellers from many cultures and nationalities.

It was ok. The parking is expensive. There was no microwave. Not sure was the noise next door was but it freaked us out! The coffe maker is too small. Customer service did not answer late at night. The good things about it are: there was a full size hairdryer. It was good to have the iron and ironing board in the room.

Room was clean and nice . Unfortunately, they charged my card without authorization for about $91.00 . I called their billing department and they were not help . Had to get Expedia involved and almost a week later , they are still holding the $91.00 for no reason. No one knows why they charged my card if the payment was made through Expedia . Very mad with such poor business practice . Don’t trust this hotel with your credit / debit card . Definitely not recommended
