The rooms are outdated, and the carpet has an unpleasant odor. The cleanliness was also lacking. This was the worst experience I’ve had at an Embassy Suites, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I’m extremely disappointed with Hilton.

We love coming to the Embassy Suites in Burlingame. It is close to the airport and the city and provides us with the amenities we want and love. We have stayed here before and we will stay here again.

Family visit to San Francisco
Stayed as a family for two nights, we enjoyed the location and the pool. The waterfront view was spectacular and we could see planes and fireworks from the window. The room was average condition, shower poor water flow and could see cracks. Overall the room looked quite dated and the beds were not overly comfortable. However still an enjoyable trip
