The rooms and overall hotel are very tired and old. It was as clean as it could be but is in need of an uplift. There were limited or no amenities in the room or bath. The menu in the bar/restaurant is limited. The cost of parking is way out of line for the area.

I like the view of the Ocean. and to the Freeway. I like the parking is spacious. and the only that I don't like is there is no AC. they only have Fan and sometime were not comfortable living the veranda door open but that's the only way to cool down the room. They need to put AC.

I enjoyed my stay However, The morning after I had breakfast with my children My hotel key was no longer working to get back in my room to grab my things and check out. I walked to front desk explained the situation She refused to give me a hotel key due to me not having ID I understood that policy because of safety Again the key was not working I asked if someone could escort me to room and I can show my ID I did have my debit card that showed my name. She still refused No resolution just no No no No compassion for a women with 3 kids Just trying to grab her luggage to leave to her flight. Luckily my husband had hotel key He was moving truck to pick us up. So we didn’t miss our flight This women was rude and did not help me I will not stay again I understand things happen Again this was not my fault the door lock or key card didn’t work Yet I wasn’t give. Any help Warning take your ID with you to breakfast in case key card doesn’t work

Outside parking looked unkept. Fountain wasn’t in use. Looked weathered. Entrance area and staff were all Awesome! Market area needs to be remodeled and more items included. Looks dated and old. My room was musky smelling and antiquated. Popcorn ceilings, bathtub was peeling, tv wasn’t working adequately. Bed was sunken in when we sat on it. Overall our room needed to be remodeled STAT! Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were the only positive with my experience.

I am was disappointed that I booked days before, but was not assigned a room, even after calling. I do not want to download another APP to my phone. I was disappointed that when I checked in, I was given 1 room option, on the second floor, which is very close to the ground 1st floor. I wish that I will be able to call and book my room when I pay for it in advance.

I really like this property, is just that they don’t have any AC, you always have to leave you window open to have cold air…. But sometimes I won’t get comfortable opening it and it’s too hot inside the room, my husband can’t sleep…
