Supwr easy to check in , love the valet option. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Even though i was here for a concert , i really wish i couldve extended my stay and just enjoy the area in the vicinity. Shopping was extemely close by. Lots of nearby restuarants. Will be staying here for my future stays. Also would like to mention the suites were really nice. Accommodated my teens,husband and i very well. Best part did not hear the teens complain, which is their number 1 thing to do anytime we travel .

Staff wasn't welcoming. I felt very rejected, mistreated, and hurt because I had stayed there before. The staff that I interacted with before were catty, distant, and even refused to acknowledge me. The staff that checked me in and out exhibited a strained, cold , and aggressive demeanor. Hostile energy from maid/ cleaning. Even valet/bellhop were aggressive. As a transgender and gender nonbinary person, I felt discriminated against, slighted, and mistreated.

Excellent service. Espresso machine with Illy coffee in the bedroom, complimentary bottle of wine and refillable water bottles. Martinis offered in the lobby in the evening (we didn’t take advantage of that). Walkable to Chinatown, MOMA and many other locations. Pet friendly, roof terrace offers free poopie bags. :)

Hotel is very clean, updated and easy to drive up and valet parking. Rooms are beautifully decorated and they have an onsite restaurant. Definitely my go to hotel in SF.

Amazing stay! Clean, accomodating, well-located hotel. Friendly staff. The free happy hour at 5p for guests was a nice touch. Will come again and try eating at adjoining Parc Bistrot restaurant, which looked cozy abd lively. In a financial district that looks so empty and bleak these days, this hotel is a vibrant bright spot.
