Hotel is great! I have always stayed at Holiday Inn Hotels, closer to the airport was so convenient! Facilities are clean, parking is always available, smells super clean! Downside are only two little things. One is my room was on the side of a noisy area pallet service place! Working around the clock. Not the hotels problem of course, I totally understand! Second problem was the keys to the facilities. Somehow the keys would not always work. I stayed in the 3rd floor, so everytime my key wouldnt open the room I had to go back down to the main floor for them to reprogram the key. It happened almost every day! Maybe invest in the locks a bit more or the program used for the keys? :) Overall, my 10 days there were awesome! Would definitely stay again!

Hated this hotel. Out of all our hotels booked on Expedia this was the worst. Awful beds. Not enough staff to help out in the lobby when long lines of people trying to check in. Son's bed added to the room was extremely thin he could feel the bars under the mattress. None of us got a good sleep at this hotel. It felt very uncomfortable. We booked this hotel twice during the start and end of our trip to Japan to have a place to stay as a layover. We hated this hotel so bad we canceled our second reservation for on our way back home. I do not recommend this place.

Worst scam hotel ever!!!
I was charged 3 times from this hotel once on this website and twice after checkin totaling close to $500 for one night. Unacceptable customer service. While calling I keep getting the run around that there are no charges on their end.

Th room was quite spacious and clean, but noisy ( daytime) it was located next to some industrial warehouse. The hotel average nothing great . Good for overnight stay and catch an early flight as there nothing around the area except more hotels . Happy they had breakfast included and a free airport shuttle , however the shuttle is only available for a few hours in the AM and from 5:00 to 9 in the PM making it inconvenient when check out is 12 and you need to go to the airport mid to late afternoon.

hotel very nice, but in the back of hotel were some kind of warehouse. trucks backing up starting at least 7am making tons of noise. spoke to desk people about it, said they are not supposed to start till 8am. if you stay at this hotel, make sure your room is in front and not in back

Property was great. Room was great size. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice breakfast selections. Hotel was a quick 6 minute trip from the Airport Via Uber. Called hotel for the shuttle but never found it and didn't understand when/where it was coming. Could not find a pen and pad in the room. Would have been nice to take some notes while on a phone call.
