I just stayed at the hotel the past few 4 days. I was on the 2nd floor and it smelt like poop. The bedsheets smelt the same as well. The breakfast was good though and the staff was nice. They cleaned my room everyday. I would have rated this hotel higher if not for the smell and the neighbourhood didn’t look safe. A lot of homeless people on the walk from the hotel to the Moscone conference center.

Charming hotel with friendly employees and 24 hour security. The nice breakfast pastry selection and the access to SoMa House pool was a huge bonus. Security also patrolled the area 24/7

Limited Parking & No AC
Didn’t have the best experience with parking. They are limited on parking so go early. We got there at 7pm and there were no parking left. Front desk had no clue about street parking and the closest parking garages. It was a busy weekend so everyone was fighting to get in parking garages that were all FULL. After almost an hour and no luck, we decided to just park on the street and move it to a parking garage before 2am so we don’t get towed/ticketed. 😓 Room was decent but there’s no AC. We can open the window but there’s no screen and it was loud outside. Walls are thin so you can hear people talking and walking out in the hallway in the am.

I read a lot of reviews and I have to say we were so pleasantly surprised with our 3 night stay at this cute little hotel. Every single staff member we encountered from front desk, to housekeeping, to security were all so kind and welcoming. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We liked the quirkiness of our room and it had the exact vibe we were looking for. There is noise with windows open but for us that’s part of the excitement for staying in the city. We did walk to a few local bars and although there is a lot of homeless and drugs, I never felt threatened nor did anyone bother us. We felt our car was safe in the hotel parking lot. Security was constantly there and we probably saved money taking Ubers straight from the hotel lobby to wherever we wanted to go instead of taking our own car in and out and fighting traffic and trying to find parking. We would definitely come back! Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable.

This property and staff is Amazing! I will definitely stay again. Upon check-in the Front Desk Agent Gabriel noticed that my reservation was the wrong date. He kindly assisted me with moving my reservation to the correct dates and was very patient and kind with me. The room was a little stuffy when I got in as there was a heat wave in SF but I asked for a fan and they quickly delivered. Everyone was kind and caring. The only thing to look out for which is not the hotels fault is that there is a lot of homeless on the corner where the hotel sits. So just be aware when walking at night. Other than that 5/5 stars.

Pro: Clean room for overnight stay after concert at Chase Center. Toiletries were available in bathroom. Staff were friendly. Available parking (for fee). Wall unit to run AC. Con: Can hear noises outside of room and bathroom. Bathroom was a bit dusty. Not sure if it haven't been used or if it wasn't cleaned throroughly. Coffee maker missing the needle to poke the pod to make coffee in the morning. Back parking was very tight but we made it work. Overall: It was ok for the one night to rest our heads. Not sure if we would stay again when we're in town again. I booked solely for the parking and location was near the Chase Center.

Small Bathroom - Hot Room
Checked in and the room was clean and nice BUT extremely hot. No air conditioning. Tried to call front desk 5 times before I went down and asked for a fan. Lobby was ridiculously hot also. Front desk agent had 2 fans pointed on him and gave me one. Even with fan, room was at least 80 degrees. Bed was comfortable but due to heat, I tossed and turned all night. Bathroom was extremely small. Room was clean. Staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful.
