A/C didn’t work so they brought up a box fan, then offered to move rooms so we packed up our stuff and the box fan, which we needed cause the A/C was out in the new room too! Was there for 3 nights and the morning of checkout the A/C on the second room finally started working. So had the box fan running the whole time. For the nicest and most expensive hotel I’ve ever stayed at, I’m still disappointed.

This was a total 5 star experience! Hotel VIA staff was highly skilled and provided excellent customer service. Proximity to the stadium could not be better!! Great time in the Bay
I had a wonderful stay in San Francisco at Hotel VIA. I had a late arrival and the front desk staff were very accommodating. They even helped me understand the local mass transit system. The hotel was very close to restaurants and right across the street from the San Francisco Giants Stadium.
