Very quiet but a couple of issues.
We loved how quiet the area was & everyone was so nice. The beds very comfortable. The staff very nice. Here's the but, the only way to have lights on in the room is all lights on or off, room service is only breakfast, menus are not up to date, no tea only coffe in room, bathroom fan never shut off. We left our room at 10 am, housekeeping was cleaning the room bext to ours, we had our clean room & when we returned at 4 pm room was just getting service. The hotel needs to be a little bit cleaner.

We had a great stay at hotel via. The location is excellent. We had a safe and beautiful walk to chase center. We loved the rooftop bar. Not crowded and great view of giants stadium and city. The would recommend this hotel!

I was hoping this property and stay would be awesome; it wasn’t. Began with the room not being ready until 6:30 pm. Then discovering parking was $75/day $225 for my 3 night stay)! Noisy lobby every morning (right outside my room). This will be my first and last time there.

We have stayed at the Via several times because we like the convenience of the location and ample street parking around it. This time the check in agent was super impersonal and robotic. No smiles no welcome or welcome back (perhaps the hotel pms used doesn't recognize return guests by name?) We were not allowed to access the roof top bar as it was rented out for a private party. Make sure to ask the hotel about this as the rooftop is a big part of the allure of staying at the Via. The housekeeper we encountered was very nice and the room was immaculately clean. The shower is amazing and big but the room itself on the smaller side. It did have the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We only missed having the option to purchase water bottles in the room.

The hotel was clean & quiet. It was across the street from Oracle Park, so if you're in town to see a game, its perfect. It's closer to the Financial District, so you'll need an uber to get the Wharf.

The hotel itself was cute. Staff were friendly. Had potential to be great but both the evening and morning of our stay the upstairs roof top restaurant was closed for private events. I picked this hotel specifically for the roof top but never got to see it or enjoy it. I’d like to suggest your hotel lets people know that amenity isn’t available before they book. I also didn’t receive the VIP bottle of wine I was supposed to receive. Like I said, there’s potential for it be great…. I just don’t have that experience unfortunately
