Hotel Zoe - A Wonderful Stay I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Zoe, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The room itself was beautifully appointed, spacious, and immaculately clean. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable bed to the well-thought-out amenities. It felt like a perfect home away from home. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Whether you’re looking to visit iconic landmarks, enjoy local dining, or shop, everything is just a short walk away. Overall, my experience at Hotel Zoe was outstanding, and I can’t wait to return. Property was great. What i didnt like qas the $40 "hidden fee" for room cleaning (i stayed only one night so i would have thought cleaning included!) and a "free" one hour bike rental which obviously wasnt free. Just beware advertised price is not real price. And i book a lot of rooms this was the first blindside

Great service and the hotel was in a very nice convenient area near the pier. The rooms were clean and the valet worked quick to retrieve my vehicle. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at the hotel, really liked the area and was accessible to get to Moscone Center for the conference. Only thing I wasn’t really happy about was the early check in fee that I was told I need to pay when I arrived, all my colleagues checked in to other hotels and were provided with free early check in. Other than that, the hotel stay was great!

I booked this room for my daughters anniversary. From the time I arrived I was approached with such great manners from the valley parking attendance and then following the front desk for check in. I was also able to get early check-in which made it very convenient for me to set up For my daughters special day. My daughter also states that she had the best service experience being her first time staying in a hotel in San Francisco. Thank you to all the staff at The Zoe Hotel you guise were AMAZING and The Hotel was FABULOS AND SUPER CLEAN. Last but not least the restaurant Pescatore Trattoria was so convenient to make reservation's and was delicious! We will use this Hotel in the future again!

We booked for 2 nights. i had called in advance to advise our flight was delayed therefore we would be arriving past midnight and i needed a late check in. The kind gentleman said he’d make a note in the system. Once we arrived to the hotel, the front desk lady mentions they don’t have a room available for us as there was a “plumbing” issue. Not once did they call, email, or text to advise of this issue. They accommodated us in another hotel thankfully but I really would’ve appreciated a call to inform me of what was going on as we arrived exhausted from a 6 hour flight and we arrived late overall to the hotel to then have to walk to another hotel. Other than this inconvenience, the hotel was great and the service was also great. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Hotel Zoe was the perfect selection for our time in San Francisco. It allowed easy access to all the atttactions we wanted to see. We were very happy with the room other than the lining of the shower was not cleaned properly. The room still allowed us to feel like we were at home during our stay. A little disappointed with the view as well; since I do believe I paid extra for a view setting. We only had a tree to look at. Literally a tree covered our window. All in all we were pleased.
