We like the location (close to UCSF for an early appointment), room was updated and clean, nice to have a refrigerator and microwave, close to many restaurants and a Trader Joe’s, and free parking is a huge plus in SF. !

We had a junior suite and it is a very good size. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Doors on the outside but I felt safe. Loved that the parking is free. That is hard to find in San Francisco. We stayed here because it is close to where my daughter lives and we could walk to her place. Plus many Lyft bikes are available in this area and different modes of transportation. Lots of shops and little restaurants around. Located in the Hayes District.

Very good but musty
The location is very good. Clean but very musty smelling rooms. Dated bathroom. Absolutely fine for a room just over a hundred per night. Comfy bed.

We came to San Francisco for a surgery and this was the perfect place to stay. Lots of free parking in a very safe and quite neighborhood run by a very kind man at the front desk. I would highly recommend this motel.

Very central and well connected to the most popular sights. Nonetheless, it’s very quiet at night and you have no trouble sleeping. Huge and comfortable beds. The building is a bit old, but it’s clean. And for San Francisco, it’s a good price. We paid $160 per night, including all fees and taxes. There were no “destination fees” or other hidden BS fees like we’ve encountered at other hotels in LA. What we paid in Expedia was the final price.

Affordable and Convenient, But with Some Flaws
Great Location for the Price, but Some Drawbacks This hotel is a solid choice for the price, especially because the location is super convenient. It’s in a walkable area with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, which was a huge plus. That said, the building is definitely older, so you can hear people climbing the stairs and shutting their doors, which can be a little noisy at times. While the room appeared clean, I did have some concerns about whether they wash the comforters, blankets, and pillow covers regularly. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for affordability and convenience, but be prepared for a bit of noise and potential cleanliness concerns.

My Apple Watch went missing from my room. There are other complaints but that leaves a pretty bad taste in the mouth. I Thought hotels dot com vetted better
